I always get good service from Innovative Air, but Ryan was easily the most thorough to date. He gave a detailed explanation, with photos of the condition and settings of my unit in a personable and relatable manner. Very reassuring for one unfamiliar with the workings of heating and cooling.

The guys came out inspected everything, but of course the system was working as it was supposed and wouldn’t act up. they turned equipment off and on several times and went through everything to make sure it was working properly. They showed me that the air filter was beyond help and needs to be replaced. Great job

Ryan arrived at the appointment time, clean-cut, friendly, confident. He did the inspection of our heater and found two weak links and told us the additional cost to make it right again. He completed the repairs in about an hour. I feel confident that our heater will be efficient and reliable this winter. Ryan is a great face for the company.

For this job, Customer states the heater is not working. Technician found the white wire unhooked which is the Heat wire. Technician hooked up the W wire and the heater started up but still didn’t fire off. Technician found the gas valve was turned to the off position due to the furnace being brand new installed in the Spring time. Technician started the furnace up and ran perfect. System is working great at this time.
Annual maintenance on two 2023 Amana s systems. The two stage furnaces are in great shape and operating as they should here today. Checked the humidifier, media filters, and the apco x for properly operation as well.
Arrived and found the Prv making a whistling noise when water is ran. Qouted to replace as well as signing up customer on friends and family. Customer accepted. Shutoff water and removed existing Prv. Installed new Prv and gaskets. Turned water back on and confirmed no more whistling as well as no leaks.
The technicians ran a new drain for the system and put the stat on and started everything up and made sure it ran properly. The only thing that is left is gas startup due to there being no propane on site and we have to put on a different stat.
Technician arrived to perform a service call on a report of a motor failing upon inspection. Technician explained to Tucker that that is normal variable speed noise Sherri also had me look at the dryer due to since the dryer cleaning the dryer will no longer dry clothes after inspection technician took apart the vent in the attic, and found that it was impacted with dryer. Lint technician went ahead and finished the cleaning of the dryer vent and insured proper operation dryer is drying at this time.
Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance two trane furnaces. Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked static pressure, checked temperature differential, cleaned flame sensor, Changed filters and insured proper operation. While changing filters, technician noticed dirty ductwork and made estimates for the customer on getting them cleaned and sanitized along with surge protection for the units. Estimates have been emailed to the customer for further review. Both systems are heating properly at this time.
Arrived and ran gas to the 2 new units on the roof. Once hooked up turned on gas and checked for leaks. None were found. HVAC will need to return to do a start up on units.

Maintenance call on two 2020 Lennox high efficiency furnaces. The systems are in good shape but the downstairs system has a leak on the exhaust and it’s leaking condensation back onto the furnace which has lead to the cabinet starting to rust. There was also oil leaking off of the liquid refrigerant line indicating a refrigerant leak. The upstairs heat exchanger has a line around one of the rings that hold the heat exchanger together than will need to be monitored moving forward. The systems are running and heating as they should here today and ready for the winter months ahead.
Technician arrived to perform a yearly furnace maintenance on a 2007 York system technician adjusted gas pressure monitored amps bearings motors, and overall health of the unit technician found a piece of insulation inside. The blower will causing the blower motor to run very violently technician provided options for the homeowners to replace the blower motor to improve longevity of their current system as well as the hot water tank is leaking severely also provided a quote there. They will look at the quotes and figure out which way they wanna go.
Technician arrived to perform a two system promo tuneup on two Concord furnaces. Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked static pressure, checked temperature differential, cleaned flame sensor, checked filters and insured proper operation. Technician made estimates including the friends and family club, surge protection and duct cleaning but the customer did not want to move forward with any of the options and stick with the $39 each tuneup. Both systems are heating properly
The technicians performed a duct cleaning on two duct systems as well as we sanitized both systems and cleaned out the hepa filter system the customer had. We attached our vacuum to the supply and the return plenums and ran our brushes through each duct all the way back to the plenums. Everything is clean and ready to go.
For this job, Customer wants a quote on a whole home humidifier. Technician took photos of everything. The water supply is about 15ft from the systems. Technicians would mount the Humidifiers on the coils to provide the humidity. Technician offered several options for humidifiers. Customer is going to think about it for a couple of days. Technician will call him Thursday for a follow up.
