Chris & Ryan were professional, kind, talked me through what I needed to know and overall did a great job. The owner who came to give me a quote was also extremely professional and kind. I ultimately went with them because of how i was treated on the first phone call with the company and how they spoke to me. No one was short with me or belittled me and I appreciate that they were also the best deal I found.

For this job, Customer wants a quote on a whole home humidifier. Technician took photos of everything. The water supply is about 15ft from the systems. Technicians would mount the Humidifiers on the coils to provide the humidity. Technician offered several options for humidifiers. Customer is going to think about it for a couple of days. Technician will call him Thursday for a follow up.
Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance on at 2019 Lennox furnace. Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked static pressure, checked temperature differential, cleaned flame sensor, checked filters and insured proper operation. Technician noticed dirty ductwork while changing filters and no surge protection on the unit, so estimates were made for the customer on getting the ductwork cleaned and sanitized and also getting the unit protected. Estimates were emailed to the customer for further review. The system is heating properly at this time.
Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance on three 1999 systems technician inspected the heat exchanger adjusted the gas pressure monitored blowers amps and temperature. Differentials technician found the transformer on the main system. Humming really loud and getting really hot would recommend replacing it to prevent the System from breaking down technician also found on the living room unit heat exchanger some very concerning spots did not find any rust holes or brakes, but explain to the customer the concerns will have Tim reach out to give him repair versus replacement options so that way he can look over and make a decision
Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. They are also purchasing a leak detection shutoff valve which will be installed Thursday morning
Arrived and found pinhole leak in hot water line exiting heater. Qouted to repipe hot side and customer accepted. Shutoff incoming water to heater and cut out old pex. Installed new pex and turned water back on. Confirmed no more leaks.
Arrived and shut off water to home. Removed existing tankless heater and installed new. Reconnected all water lines, gas line, and reconnected venting. Turned on water and set recirc adjustments. Heater was working properly at time of departure.
Technician arrived to inspect quote a new supply, Plenum customer has declined at this time

Technician found a really bad spot on the heat exchanger. It is not cracked at this time, but it is deeply gouged looking like it could technician explained to the landlord he is wanting quotes, technician has already gotten involved via phone call will set up a time for Tim to provide estimates to the landlord
