Air Conditioning System Repairs: The client’s AC unit had decreased cooling capacity due to dirt-clogged condenser fins. I carefully cleaned and cleared the fins, allowing for better heat dissipation and optimal cooling performance, which will help lower energy costs during extended use.
Service call on a new Amana air conditioner. Customer stated that the unit was running constantly but not cooling the home. Technician found the outdoor unit not running but the indoor unit was. Checked for high voltage at the outdoor unit and the unit was not receiving power due to a tripped breaker. Reset the breaker and the unit came on as it should.
Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance on a 2011 Goodman furnace. Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked static pressure, checked temperature differential, cleaned flame sensor, changed filters and insured proper operation. While changing the filter, technician noticed lots of dirt and debris in the ductwork getting into the system. Technician made options for the customer on getting them cleaned and sanitized. Recommendations have been emailed to the customer for further review. System is heating properly at this time.
Annual maintenance on a 80% carrier furnace. The system is in great shape after replacing the hot surface igniter. The system is running exactly as it should. The customer was concern about a black substance coming from a couple of the vents in the home. A duct cleaning was discussed as the first course of action to make sure nothing was growing in the duct system.

Service call for a new Amana s with an error code on the thermostat. Technician found the system in a lock out and not operating. After inspection the system was restored power and everything is working as it should.
For this job, Technician performed a three system furnace start up. Technician adjusted gas pressures and ensured proper operation of all three systems. All work great at this time.
Service call for a newer unit not cooling. Technician found the filter was plugged up and caused the system to freeze up. Replaced the filter here and got the system thawed out and confirmed proper operation. Also bypassed the core sense here today to avoid any nuisance error codes.

For this job, Technicians installed a new 14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace, Technicians could not cycle system and perform a new system start up due to city cutting off power. Technicians will return upon power being restored and perform a new system start up to verify everything works properly and has adequate charge.
Service call for the downstairs condenser not coming on. Technician arrived to the contactor pulled in but not carrying 240 volts over to the compressor and fan motor for operation. One pole on the double pole contactor was intermittently making contact. Cycled power to the contactor and the comdener fired up. Customer is going to replace his own contactor.

The technicians ran a new drain line as well as installed a new condensate pump to ensure we don’t have any more drain issues. We also addressed the issue with the sons room being hot by running a new 6” duct and put another register in his room. Everything is working great and how it should.
