Awesome service

The guys came out inspected everything, but of course the system was working as it was supposed and wouldn’t act up. they turned equipment off and on several times and went through everything to make sure it was working properly. They showed me that the air filter was beyond help and needs to be replaced. Great job

In Good Hands

Ryan arrived at the appointment time, clean-cut, friendly, confident. He did the inspection of our heater and found two weak links and told us the additional cost to make it right again. He completed the repairs in about an hour. I feel confident that our heater will be efficient and reliable this winter. Ryan is a great face for the company.

A brief review

Chris’ demeanor and candor was exceptional. I inadvertently misunderstood some of the context of the conversation and within a few moments he was able to clarify and clear up my confusion. I think that his explanation of the process and his role within the process helped to alleviate any concerns I had about the proposed course of action. He clearly identified that the current system in the house was inching nearer to the end of expected service life. He proposed several cost saving options and helped guide my decision. My only criticism, which may just be specific to this instance, is that it may be very beneficial to the customer for the repair technician to clearly state that the repair technicians does not have the ability to provide whole system replacement recommendations. So it may be useful to lay out that info at the beginning. “I can only provide repair options, but if you want yo discuss whole system replacements you need to talk to Cody.” Because I didn’t have the puzzle piece above, when Chris asked me for the second timr “Are you really sure you want to do this?”, a lot of very conflicting thoughts occurred simultaneously. For example: He asked me this already, what exactly am I missing? Is he attempting to suggest that buying these products are a bad investment and I should, in fact, buy a new system entirely? If so, why didn’t he cover this option before he left and came back? Well anyway, it was a hot 30 seconds before Chris, thankfully, realized where I was confused. When he clarified that his role as a repair technician simply eliminated his ability to provide any context around buying a new system and that if I wanted to have the discussion about a new system that I would need to talk with Cody, everything seemed to fall in place and was good. So uh sorry for the novel. The tl;dr version is: Chris is a good employee and seems to care about helping folks and thankfully had the patience and grace to help me figure it out.

Dalton is Awesome!

Dalton called and was running ahead of schedule, which was great since we were hot on a hot day!!! He quickly found the problem and gave us 3 options. He fixed the problem by performing the option we chose in a very quick and clean manner. We appreciate him being able to come out on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend to make sure our house was cooler than 82 degrees!!

Efficient and just in time

Our air conditioners were old and one finally went out. We made the decision to replace both with Innovative Air Pros service and systems. Their team members came out, were on time and professional, and left our home with two new systems installed and running great. They are so quiet and a real improvement! Thank you for your service!

Love this company

We had Ryan, Chris and Piper here today. They installed a new AC unit. They started at 7 am and worked until they had everything completed. Our attic is a hot box! I have no idea how they worked so hard and efficiently in that heat. They finished the job and were all 3 professional, friendly, and efficient. We were also impressed with Cody, our sales rep too. He was very knowledgeable and professional. This company is local and we would highly recommend to anyone buying a system or needing AC service at your home!

Maintenance call for two 2021 Trane systems both systems are in great shape and running as designed. Both systems are missing a wet switch on the evaporator coil and it’s suggested to add to prevent any possible water damage. This is a bogo sale where the furnace tune up is included.

The technician performed a friends and family club maintenance on two, six year old Trane air conditioners. I checked all of the motors, capacitors, washed out the condenser, monitored the static pressure, temperature difference and refrigerant charge. Everything looks great here today, I recommended surge protection as well as a duct fogging and the customer said he’s not interested at this time.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on two systems. The upstairs low voltage wiring needs repaired due to the sun fading and cracking making bad connections And the contactor is needing replaced. The systems also have a lot of microbial growth and highly recommend fogging the duct system to better the air you breathe.

For this job, Technicians performed an A/C tune up on a 19 year old Goodman system. Technicians checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the systems outdoor fan motor is over amping pulling too much power, The Contactor switch is looking pretty rough, The new blower motor is overamping already due to a high static pressure caused by too small of supply ducts, The Compressor motor is pulling really high amps on start up. This system is really getting in rough shape. Customer will talk with her husband when he gets off work and will call the office for Tim to come out and talk to them about replacement.

The technician performed a friends and family club maintenance on two, sixteen year old air conditioners. I checked all of the motors, capacitors, washed out the condensers, monitored the static pressures, temperature differences, refrigerant charges and changed the indoor air filters. I found that both blower motors are over amping as well as a condenser fan motor is over amping. I recommended replacement of the motors. Other than that the systems are operating how they should.

Service call for a heater not coming on. Technician arrived to find the Amana s system not responding to a call for heat. Checked the thermostat and furnace for updates and rebooted the system. The system would respond to a test call for ac through the thermostat but no heating call. The furnace would run under a call from Bluetooth. Manufacturer tech support suggested to rewire the low voltage. Moved the thermostat wire to the Eev board and the condenser wire to the furnace and the system came back on and is functioning at this time.

Replaced the contactors on both systems due to wear and tear added a hard start kit to the upstairs to lower the LRA as well as fogged the ducts systems on both units with Decon 7.systems are cooling good at this time Welcome to the family!

I checked all of the motors, capacitors, washed out the condensers, monitored the temperature differences and the refrigerant charges. I found that the windings in one of the compressors are reading bad as well as the capacitor for the other condenser is low.

For this job, Technicians performed a single system A/C maintenance tune up on a 4 year old Armstrong Air. Technicians checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technicians found the compressor motor is pulling way over its Max amp draw pulling 119 out of 94. Manufacturers recommend replacing the compressor under warranty to not install a hardstart kit as well as the indoor coil does not have a secondary drain switch on the coil to prevent water damage if the drain pan switch were too fail. Technicians made several options for repairs. Customer would like to move forward with the Drain switch and the disinfectant fogging to the duct system. Customer will follow up with us about the compressor. System is working at this time.
