The guys came out inspected everything, but of course the system was working as it was supposed and wouldn’t act up. they turned equipment off and on several times and went through everything to make sure it was working properly. They showed me that the air filter was beyond help and needs to be replaced. Great job

Ryan arrived at the appointment time, clean-cut, friendly, confident. He did the inspection of our heater and found two weak links and told us the additional cost to make it right again. He completed the repairs in about an hour. I feel confident that our heater will be efficient and reliable this winter. Ryan is a great face for the company.

Chris’ demeanor and candor was exceptional. I inadvertently misunderstood some of the context of the conversation and within a few moments he was able to clarify and clear up my confusion. I think that his explanation of the process and his role within the process helped to alleviate any concerns I had about the proposed course of action. He clearly identified that the current system in the house was inching nearer to the end of expected service life. He proposed several cost saving options and helped guide my decision. My only criticism, which may just be specific to this instance, is that it may be very beneficial to the customer for the repair technician to clearly state that the repair technicians does not have the ability to provide whole system replacement recommendations. So it may be useful to lay out that info at the beginning. “I can only provide repair options, but if you want yo discuss whole system replacements you need to talk to Cody.” Because I didn’t have the puzzle piece above, when Chris asked me for the second timr “Are you really sure you want to do this?”, a lot of very conflicting thoughts occurred simultaneously. For example: He asked me this already, what exactly am I missing? Is he attempting to suggest that buying these products are a bad investment and I should, in fact, buy a new system entirely? If so, why didn’t he cover this option before he left and came back? Well anyway, it was a hot 30 seconds before Chris, thankfully, realized where I was confused. When he clarified that his role as a repair technician simply eliminated his ability to provide any context around buying a new system and that if I wanted to have the discussion about a new system that I would need to talk with Cody, everything seemed to fall in place and was good. So uh sorry for the novel. The tl;dr version is: Chris is a good employee and seems to care about helping folks and thankfully had the patience and grace to help me figure it out.

Dalton called and was running ahead of schedule, which was great since we were hot on a hot day!!! He quickly found the problem and gave us 3 options. He fixed the problem by performing the option we chose in a very quick and clean manner. We appreciate him being able to come out on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend to make sure our house was cooler than 82 degrees!!

We had Ryan, Chris and Piper here today. They installed a new AC unit. They started at 7 am and worked until they had everything completed. Our attic is a hot box! I have no idea how they worked so hard and efficiently in that heat. They finished the job and were all 3 professional, friendly, and efficient. We were also impressed with Cody, our sales rep too. He was very knowledgeable and professional. This company is local and we would highly recommend to anyone buying a system or needing AC service at your home!

For this job, Customer states the heater is not working. Technician found the white wire unhooked which is the Heat wire. Technician hooked up the W wire and the heater started up but still didn’t fire off. Technician found the gas valve was turned to the off position due to the furnace being brand new installed in the Spring time. Technician started the furnace up and ran perfect. System is working great at this time.

The technicians performed a duct cleaning on two duct systems as well as we sanitized both systems and cleaned out the hepa filter system the customer had. We attached our vacuum to the supply and the return plenums and ran our brushes through each duct all the way back to the plenums. Everything is clean and ready to go.
Maintenance call on two 2007 Armstrong air furnaces. The upstairs unit is in pretty good shape but the blower motor bearings have some play in them and the hot surface igniter is looking rough. The downstairs furnace has a crack in the heat exchanger so the gas was shut off here today to prevent potential carbon monoxide leaking into the home. The downstairs system is also missing a supply and return plenum. Neither system has a sediment trap on the incoming gas supply. The upstairs system also has signs of water leaking into the emergency pan in the past. There was also presence of oil coming out of the secondary drain line and on the furnace indicating a potential refrigerant leak. The upstairs system is running and heating at this time.
For this job, Technician replaced the indoor blower motor with a belt replacement. Technician verified proper operation of both the heater and the A/C. System works great after replacement.
Technician arrived to perform a promo tuneup on two trane furnaces. Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked temperature differential, Checked static pressure, cleaned flame sensor, checked filters and insured proper operation. Customer was curious about a thermostat issue, but wants to buy his own for us to install. While checking filters, technician noticed dirty ductwork and made estimates for the customer on getting them cleaned and sanitized. Customer will call us in the future for thermostat installation and possible duct cleanings. Payment was collected for tuneup and both systems are heating properly at this time.
Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks.
Service call for the upstairs unit not cooling well. Technician found the system low on r22 refrigerant. Leak sealant and 3lbs of refrigerant were added here today to get the system cooling as it should again.
For this job, Technicians performed a two system furnace start up to ensure proper operation of the furnaces. Technician checked all safety device and components that are in use during the furnace season. Both systems work great at this time.
Arrived and customer explained they thought they had a water leak due to a couple of stains in the carpet. Checked meter and confirmed no leaks or water movement through meter. Took a paper towel and pushed into carpet and found no signs of moisture. Customers are gonna get carpets cleaned and see if spots come back.
Annual maintenance on a 2021 Goodman 80% single stage furnace. The system is in fantastic shape with no rust or heat stress on the heat exchanger. The capacitor for the inducer motor is in good shape. All amp draws of the electric motors are within range. The duct work is dirty so a duct cleaning was suggested here today. The static pressure is good. The furnace is ready for the winter months after some routine cleaning.
For this job, Technician performed a furnace start up to ensure proper operation of the heater for the Winter months. System works great at this time.
