Service call on a new system that the heat is running constantly. Technician found the thermostat wired up wrong calling for the heat strips constantly. Also found the blower speed was set incorrectly not moving enough air for the heat pump. Once the system was operating as it should the heat pump was shutting off on high head pressure due to the system being over charged. Removed some refrigerant to get the system heating and cooling as it should here today.
The technician installed the proper thermostat, programmed it and ensured proper operation. Everything is set and ready to go.
Showed customer how to bleed line and light pilot everything is working properly at this time.
Customers toilet water supply is clogged due to a water line break in yard and contaminating the system. Customer to have wall cut out behind bathroom and we will cap clogged line and Repipe new line to toilet from lav.
Technician arrived to perform a free promo furnace maintenance on two 2020 Ruud furnaces. Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amperages, temperature differential, static pressure and insured proper operation. Technician emailed duct cleaning and sanitation options to the customer. Both systems are heating properly at this time.
14.3 SEER2 Heat Pump and 10kw Electric Mobile Home Air Handler with Single Stage Heat Strips
Installed a gas line to the fireplace, brought 1/2 inch gas line from main branch to where fireplace installer stubbed out his flex line. Warranty is only applicable to the black gas line. All previous work with fireplace lines that run under house were not done by us. Tested for function and everything is working properly at this time with no leaks .
Gave estimate to run gas line to fire place. Will pull serial from gas valve to verify unit is converted to propane before work is completed. Gas line will need propane regulator and a shut off installed.
For this job, Technicians performed a two system A/C maintenance tune up on two 4 year old Ameristar system. Technicians checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technicians found the Downstairs outdoor fan motor capacitor is weak. The Upstairs A/Cs compressor motor is pulling high amps on start up. Both indoor coils do not have secondary water safety switches. The duct is ran sloppy and needs to be strapped up, The upstairs supply duct needs to be bigger the static pressure is super high for the upstairs system. Technician made serval options for repairs.

Technician received a call stating the customer had three vents that weren’t blowing any air out and the unit was struggling to keep up. I arrived to find that one of the supply ducts that supplies the three vents had fallen off of the plenum. I reattached the duct and now there is plenty of air coming out of all three vents. Everything else looks great.
For this job, Technicians arrived to the system blowing like warm air and the heat pump was not making the indoor coil hot. All amperage’s looked good after shutting system down to check some wiring the system fired up and ran perfectly after powered back up. Technician checked to make sure that when the system has more then 5 to 10 degrees to rise that the back up heat will kick in to help, the strips did kick in. Technician checked system for proper operation and is running great at this time.
For this job, Technicians installed new full system. Customer will be keeping their existing thermostat and Filter situation. Technicians performed a Heat Pump start up as well as a Heat strip back up heat start up. The breakers are working great and system is running great at this time.
Replaced the blower wheel due to broken vanes.
