Great Service

Outstanding! First you get a call confirming your appointment, you get a text with your technicians picture and phone number. They showed up on time with a nice clean vehicle nice clean uniforms in a very positive attitude. After completing the service they show pictures of every step of the service including measurements of capacitors and freon charge level. The job was done in a timely manner also they did it with cleanliness and care to my home, you couldn’t ask for better customer service. If you settle for anything less than what I described time to get a new company.

Technician arrived on scene, the customer had completely taken the unit apart by himself had replaced many parts on his own before hand then put everything back together for me to diagnose found a bad control board. Customer did not want to move forward with repairs at all.

The system has a couple of low capacitors, the condensing fan motor is leaking oil and the bearings are not spinning freely, the blower motor bearings are very loose, and condensation drain needs to be repaired. For this job, Technicians performed a furnace maintenance tune up on a 10 year old Carrier system. Technicians checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the heating season. Technicians found the igniter is looking really rough, The flame sensor is super dirty as well as the blower motor assembly is super dirty, The indoor coil does not have a secondary water safety switch, Finally the system does not have any surge protection at all. Technicians made several options for repairs.

Furnace service at a residential home. The technician arrived to find that the system was not heating at all. I found that the sequencer for the electric heat strips is bad and the board that controls the heat pump is also fried. I gave the customer repair options and he wants to get replacement options as well.

Service call for a no heat. Technician arrived to find the furnace in a lock safety lock out. Cycled power to the unit and the inducer motor tried to come on but was pull locked rotor amperage. After further investigation the inducer motor is completely locked up and has a 38 day lead time. The customer wants to get options on replacement.
