Great staff, reasonable prices

This company has been great to deal with. Knowledgeable and courteous workers who show up on schedule and notify you if their schedule slides. I like knowing who my service person is going to be, and Caleb is terrific! Highly recommend!

Split system not cooling problem.

Annual maintenance on two 2023 Amana s systems. The two stage furnaces are in great shape and operating as they should here today. Checked the humidifier, media filters, and the apco x for properly operation as well.

Technician arrived to perform a service call on a report of a motor failing upon inspection. Technician explained to Tucker that that is normal variable speed noise Sherri also had me look at the dryer due to since the dryer cleaning the dryer will no longer dry clothes after inspection technician took apart the vent in the attic, and found that it was impacted with dryer. Lint technician went ahead and finished the cleaning of the dryer vent and insured proper operation dryer is drying at this time.

Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance two trane furnaces. Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked static pressure, checked temperature differential, cleaned flame sensor, Changed filters and insured proper operation. While changing filters, technician noticed dirty ductwork and made estimates for the customer on getting them cleaned and sanitized along with surge protection for the units. Estimates have been emailed to the customer for further review. Both systems are heating properly at this time.

Arrived and found kitchen sink not draining. Ran machine down roof vent 75’ and was able to clear blockage. Filled and drained sink 3 times to confirm line was open. Signed up customer on F&F during visit.

Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance on 2016 furnace technician adjusted gas pressure monitored bearings amps heat exchanger and overall health of the system. Technician found that the igniter is showing a lot of wire as well as the ductwork is dirty. Homeowner said they haven’t had it cleaned in the past 10 years, also recommend adding surge protectors to the unit being a variable speed system with lots of power surges here lately. Homeowner will inspect the quotes once tech to follow up next Monday to go over options with them. Welcome to the family!!!!

Maintenance call on two 2004 Goodman furnaces. The systems are in decent shape and running at this time. The downstairs furnace inducer motor is making abnormal noise and pulling more amps than the data plate indicating potential failure. The blower motor bearings are pretty loose and the capacitor is out of specification. The upstairs furnace blower motor bearings have a little play in them but the capacitor and amp draw are good. The upstairs evaporator coil is missing a float switch that will shut the system down in the event of a backed up drain to protect the home and equipment from water damage. The customer is going to let the systems be for now and use their home warranty if any issues arise.

The technicians got called out due to a furnace not heating. Upon arrival we found that the furnace was throwing an error code of EEA which in the manual says either reversed polarity or bad unit ground. We checked the high voltage connections and found that they were good, the high voltage is ran to a male outlet plug so we unplugged it and flipped it over and the furnace fired right up.

Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked temperature differential, checked static pressure, cleaned flame sensor, change filter and insured proper operation. When changing the filter, technician noticed dirty ductwork and made estimates on duct cleaning, sanitation and UV lighting. Estimates have been emailed to the customer for further review. System is heating properly at this time.

Arrived and found outside faucet in backyard not shutting off all the way. Qouted to rebuild and customer accepted. Shutoff water to home and removed existing stem. Repalced gaskets and greased up new ones. Reinstalled stem and turned water on. Confirmed proper function with no more drip.

Arrived and found toilet is master not functioning properly as well as customer needed her new delta cartridge installed. Customer also has 2 sinks that are not draining properly. Fixed toilet issues as well as installed new cartridge. Wasn’t able to get sinks unclogged due to having to get under house due to plumbing being incorrect.

Technician noticed the panels on both humidifiers needed changed and made estimates on getting that done as well as duct cleaning. Customer wanted to move forward with the humidifier panels and scheduled a day to have them changed. Both systems are heating properly at this time.

The technicians ran a new flu for the furnace. We made sure everything was sealed up properly and that the flu was level going out of the roof as well as had an inch around it for combustibles.
