Great staff, reasonable prices

This company has been great to deal with. Knowledgeable and courteous workers who show up on schedule and notify you if their schedule slides. I like knowing who my service person is going to be, and Caleb is terrific! Highly recommend!

14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace Installed new furnace. Ran new drain, put in new gas line, wired up high and low voltage, brazed in new copper. Added damper too control air flow, then wrapped the duct with new insulation. Installed new condenser. Wired up high and low voltage, brazed in the copper, and cleaned out the copper line.

For this job, Technician performed an A/C maintenance tune up on a 5 year old Rheem system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the systems compressor motor is pulling too much power over manufactures spec, The Blower motor is pulling too much power as well. The blower motor is under warranty and will be here next week. Being only 5 years old this system had to have been hit by a power surge. The system is also growing mold within the blower motor area. Customer would like to move forward with the peace of mind option but wants it all installed in a month. Customer did pay almost half of the repair price today. Customer would like us to call her in a month to come out. System is working at this time.

For this job, Technician performed a two system A/C maintenance on two 4 year old Goodman systems. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the compressor motor for the Main system is pulling over the max amp draw rating from factory, The capacitor is weak, The system was more than likely hit by a power surge being that it’s not an old system. The Master systems compressor motor is pulling high amps but not over the max as well as The indoor coil and supply plenum are growing Mold. Technician made several options for repairs. The customer wanted to move forward will installing Surge protectors on both outdoor units, Installing hard start kits on both units, replacing the capacitor for the main system, installing a Blue tube UV light to eliminate any mold growth and prevent it from growing. Technician did clean the existing mold and performed a mold treatment in both systems supply plenums. Both systems are running grea

Found the safety switch wire from the drain pan chewed by a mouse. Installed a new ceiling saver switch and ran the wire up on top of the furnace to help prevent this from happening again.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2021 system. The unit is cooling good at this time also fogged the duct system.

The technicians performed a friends and family club maintenance on two air conditioners. We checked all of the motors, capacitors, static pressures, temperature differences, refrigerant levels, washed out the condensers and changed the indoor air filters. We found that the capacitor for the condenser fan motor on the downstairs system was reading low and the customer decided to go ahead and replace it. Everything else looked great here today.

For this job, Customer states the system has a loud banging noise in the attic. Technician found the blower door was not secured in correctly, when the system was running it would pound the door open and shut. After properly secured the door never made a banging noise. System works great at this time.

Three system maintenance on 2017 American standard air conditioners. The systems are in good shape and ripening as they should here today. All three outdoor units have capacitors checking right at the minimum threshold. One system is drawing slightly over the LRA on the data plate as well. The customer doesn’t want to do any repairs at this time.

The technicians performed a friends and family club air conditioning maintenance on five air conditioners. We checked all of the motors, capacitors, contactors, monitored the temperature differences, static pressures, refrigerant levels and washed out the condensers. We found that the bearings in the hallway system are going out on the condenser fan motor, the refrigerant level is low on the den system as well as the compressor is over amping on startup and a new system is leaking and low on refrigerant. We also need to replace all five media filters, there are (3) 20x25x5, (1) 20x20x5, (1) 16x25x5. We found leaks in both evaporator coils, the newer system has a pretty big leak and the older one we were only able to find a smaller one.

Second opinion on a 1995 Rheem unit. The system has several issues like weak capacitors, rough contactor, loose bearings, and refrigerant issues. Replacement is the best option for the customer.

For this job, Technicians performed an A/C maintenance tune up on a 23 year old Standard unit. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the Contactor switch is looking pretty rough, The Compressor is pulling high amps on start up not over but high, The blower motor bearings are super loose, Blower motor capacitor is weak, The blower motor itself is leaking it’s oil, The condenser fan motor is overamping, System is currently low on refrigerant. Technician made several options for repairs. Customer would like to wait for the thing to die. Customer will think about the repairs vs Replace.
