Today I arrived on site to address the issue with the HeatPump. Initial Assessment:Determined the HeatPump, a ductless system, was not working properly. Identified the fault as low pressure. Next Steps:Need to return with R32 refrigerant and the corresponding adapter to resolve the low-pressure issue. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the unit is operating endlessly. The customer believes that the indoor head has a fault. I proceeded to verify the system. This system is operating endlessly. The indoor head fan stops running momentarily. I proceeded to check the condenser unit. I found the system pressure low from R32. It is possible that this system has you some loss of R32. The unit is not displaying error codes at the moment but is operating intermittently. After charging the system and normalizing the pressures. It is necessary to contact technical support to diagnose the system due to the intermittent failure with the indoor head unit. -/-/-

Today I arrived on site HeatPump System (R32) Fan Issue: Addressed an intermittent fan issue reported for the HeatPump system (R32). Air Filter Inspection: Discovered the air filters were heavily covered with dust. Maintenance Action: Washed the air filters to remove the accumulated dust. System Status: The HeatPump system is now operating normally. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the indoor heat occasionally stops running, minutes later it comes back and starts. I proceeded to verify the unit. I found the air filters covered with dust and kitchen grease. I proceeded to clean the air filters. I installed the filters in place, I told the customer that he should clean the filters frequently at least every 3 months. I proceeded to verify the outdoor unit. Stable pressures at this time. 410 psi heat mode Stable temperatures at this time. 125-130 F The client was left with the Heat operating correctly at this time. View visual findings from this job
