Today I arrived on site Visual Inspection:Performed a visual inspection for all equipment. This inspection covered the AC & Heating systems. Upon arriving at the property, the client Ma explained that she would like us to provide services to the AC and heating systems of this property. The client showed me the boiler room. In the boiler room there are 6x boiler units high efficiency hw boilers. The client also showed me 5x AHUs located in different places of the property. The client also has 5x condenser units (R410A) located on the right side of the property. 2x AHUs are located in the basement. 2x AHUs are located on the 2nd floor in the 2nd floor apartments. 1x AHUs located in the attic on the 3rd floor of the property.
