Today I arrived on site to address issues with the heating system. Service Actions: Replaced the NC-1P Neutralizer condensate pump. The original condensate pump was leaking due to a crack in the condensate pump water receiver. Upon arriving at the property, the client directed me to where the boiler room is. I proceeded to inspect the situation with the water leak. I proceeded to remove the defective condensate pump. I proceeded to clean the water spilled in the condensate pump drain pan. I cleaned the work area. I proceeded to install the new condensate pump. I concluded with the installation of the new Condensate Pump. I made the connections and adjustments necessary to conclude with the installation of the new condensate pump. I proceeded to run clean water in the new condensate pump multiple times. The new condensate pump did not leak water or malfunction after concluding the repair. I showed it to the client and gave him the details about the work done on this visit.

Today I arrived on site Visual Inspection:Performed a visual inspection for all equipment. This inspection covered the AC & Heating systems. Upon arriving at the property, the client Ma explained that she would like us to provide services to the AC and heating systems of this property. The client showed me the boiler room. In the boiler room there are 6x boiler units high efficiency hw boilers. The client also showed me 5x AHUs located in different places of the property. The client also has 5x condenser units (R410A) located on the right side of the property. 2x AHUs are located in the basement. 2x AHUs are located on the 2nd floor in the 2nd floor apartments. 1x AHUs located in the attic on the 3rd floor of the property. All systems have free access to do the services. The client also mentioned that she supplies the air filters of the AHUs. I checked all the systems. All systems are operating well at the moment.
