Mark saves the day and this review!

Simply put, if it were not for Mark, this review would have a much more sour tone because of a past experience. However, let me be clear, not only was Mark thorough, professional and empathetic. He was very clear in what he was doing and WHY he was doing it. He resolved our issues and didn’t leave until we had heat and hot water. My family is very grateful! Thank you Mark! The ratings below are based on our collective experience with Innovative and does not reflect how pleased we were with Mark. He gets 5 stars across the board.

Good job

I just posted on google but Nigel was on time ( early but okay with waiting for our scheduled time as we weren’t ready), polite and gentle with us and our dogs and did a very thorough job even draining the system which had air in it probably due to it not being done when you all installed the new one .

Today I arrived on site Initial Issue: Addressed a clicking noise reported in the Attic heating system. Diagnosis: Found a flexible duct that was twisted. Resolution: Straightened the twisted duct. Current Status: No clicking noise was audible after the repair. - Richard Dominguez addressed a noise issue the customer was experiencing, which seemed to be related to the air conditioning system. - The customer described a persistent noise that sounded like a fan, which was not coming from the usual air handler. - Richard identified that the noise might be caused by a flex duct that was bent, affecting airflow. - Richard straightened the duct and advised the customer to monitor the situation and record any recurring noise for further analysis. - The customer was satisfied with the solution provided and agreed to keep an eye on the issue.

Today I arrived on site to address the no heat or hot water issue. Boiler Repair: Identified ignition faults on the boiler. Replaced the igniter assembly (provided by the customer). The boiler is now igniting after replacing the igniter assembly. System Status: Heating and DHW system is now operational. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the boiler is displaying a (error code). I proceeded to verify the unit. I found the unit displaying and error code (Ea) indicating ignition failures of the unit. I showed him and explained to the client the situation and about the failure that the system presents. Uncovering the unit, I found a bigger problem related to the unit's heater exchange. The heater exchange is leaking and is overheating the unit causing damage to the electrical components of the boiler. I showed the client and suggested she consider upgrading this system. I informed the client that I would pass all the necessary information to the office
