Lorenzo was a very nice man. Respectful of our home and easy to talk to about the issues we were having with our system. Very willing to explain things. I'd be happy to have him back anytime. Note - the coupon for $150 off a diagnostic is for the first 30 minutes. It was an additional $125 for the second 30 minutes. I'm a new home owner so I did some price comparisons and that seems about par for our area. Actually a little bit cheaper than some. I'll def have them back next time we need help with our HVAC.

Simply put, if it were not for Mark, this review would have a much more sour tone because of a past experience. However, let me be clear, not only was Mark thorough, professional and empathetic. He was very clear in what he was doing and WHY he was doing it. He resolved our issues and didn’t leave until we had heat and hot water. My family is very grateful! Thank you Mark! The ratings below are based on our collective experience with Innovative and does not reflect how pleased we were with Mark. He gets 5 stars across the board.
Response from Innovative Air:
Thank you Kindra. The technician prior to Mark has been removed from the company as a result of your experience. We set the bar high and do not settle for anything less. We appreciate your patience and the kind words about Mark. He is a fantastic technician. Thank you for allowing us to return and resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience. Michael

I just posted on google but Nigel was on time ( early but okay with waiting for our scheduled time as we weren’t ready), polite and gentle with us and our dogs and did a very thorough job even draining the system which had air in it probably due to it not being done when you all installed the new one .

Fault Identification: Discovered that the AHUs blower wheels required deep cleaning. Corrective Action: customer is aware of Completing deep cleanings of the three blower wheels. Upon arrival at the property. The client directed me to the basement where the AHUs are. I explained to the client the reason for today's visit. I proceeded to verify the AHUs. I found the blower wheels of the AHUs dusty. I showed the customers the condition of the blower wheels. I also inspected the ductwork of the systems. The ductworks do not present significant accumulation of dust on this occasion. I explained to the clients that it is necessary to consider doing the ductwork cleanings of the systems. The customers chose only to do the deep cleanings in the units for the moment. Office to follow the client with the following estimates and scheduling of the appointments to do

Today I arrived on site Initial Assessment: Addressed a call regarding an F5 error code on the boiler unit. System Check: Inspected the heating and DHW system. Operational Status: Found the boiler working normally; no error code was present during the visit. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the boiler unit displayed an error code a week ago. Since then the boiler continues to operate normally. I proceeded to verify the system visually. I removed the front cover of the unit. This is a WeilMclain high efficiency water boiler with x3 zones and indirect tank. I found oxidation inside the unit in some places.. I pointed out to the client what could be the cause of the previous failure. I showed him and recommended the client to consider doing the heater exchanger cleaning in these units. I told the customer that we have to make a special order to do the heater exchange cleaning. It is necessary to order the heater exchange kit and ignition assembly.
