Lorenzo was a very nice man. Respectful of our home and easy to talk to about the issues we were having with our system. Very willing to explain things. I'd be happy to have him back anytime. Note - the coupon for $150 off a diagnostic is for the first 30 minutes. It was an additional $125 for the second 30 minutes. I'm a new home owner so I did some price comparisons and that seems about par for our area. Actually a little bit cheaper than some. I'll def have them back next time we need help with our HVAC.

Simply put, if it were not for Mark, this review would have a much more sour tone because of a past experience. However, let me be clear, not only was Mark thorough, professional and empathetic. He was very clear in what he was doing and WHY he was doing it. He resolved our issues and didn’t leave until we had heat and hot water. My family is very grateful! Thank you Mark! The ratings below are based on our collective experience with Innovative and does not reflect how pleased we were with Mark. He gets 5 stars across the board.
Response from Innovative Air:
Thank you Kindra. The technician prior to Mark has been removed from the company as a result of your experience. We set the bar high and do not settle for anything less. We appreciate your patience and the kind words about Mark. He is a fantastic technician. Thank you for allowing us to return and resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience. Michael

I just posted on google but Nigel was on time ( early but okay with waiting for our scheduled time as we weren’t ready), polite and gentle with us and our dogs and did a very thorough job even draining the system which had air in it probably due to it not being done when you all installed the new one .

Today I arrived on site Troubleshooting: Addressed the no heating issue in the 1st fl leaving room system. Fault Identification: Found a 7-flash error code, indicating a dirty flame sensor and dirty filter. Maintenance: Determined the system needs a tune-up and Duct cleanings. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the heating on the 1st floor stopped heating. The client directed me to the basement where the unit is. I proceeded to verify the system. I found the unit displaying an error code of 7 flashes. Indicating a lockout. I proceeded to check the electrical components. I found the flame sensor dirty. I proceeded to clean it. I also found the air filter in the wrong position. Install a new filter provided by the customer. AprilAir 213. I suggested the client to consider installing the 210 filters to avoid airflow restriction. The client said to take this into account. I started the system and monitored for about 20 minutes. The system did not
