Always great service. Kind and courteous. The guys at innovative air have always helped us out and explained all for us to understand.
Lorenzo provided great service and was courteous and knowledgeable.
I just posted on google but Nigel was on time ( early but okay with waiting for our scheduled time as we weren’t ready), polite and gentle with us and our dogs and did a very thorough job even draining the system which had air in it probably due to it not being done when you all installed the new one .
Lorenzo was very professional, thorough and efficient in conducting a heat maintenance tune up to my system.
I would recommend to anyone Innovative Air who has issues with there heating .
Tech was nice, well dressed, was clear and concise about what he was doing, why he was doing it.
Julio was great. Fixed the issue and was very helpful with what I can do to prevent the problem in the future
Gary and Lorenzo were great technicians - my house is warm again!
