Today Isidro, was great. He is always kind and courteous. I am hoping this fix will finally stop the problems I have been having since first using air cooling instead of heat this summer.

Vent pipe was loose made repair may need to return and replace vent pipe
Checked amana split system pressures were good blower wheel was dirty, blower cap needed to be replaced, amp draw was high suggested compressor saver, customer declined repairs and will reach back out when ready to move forward with repairs
