I have been using Pape services since 1992 and have always found them to be honest and worked well in helping me with any AC needs I for my homes. John was a new to me service tech after having worked with David for many years. John was very polite and efficient. He explained in detail the work he was doing and the recommendations needed to improve the service of my equipment. Any concerns I might have had about working with someone other than David were immediately erased. I was extremely pleased with him and will always request John for future services.
