I called Integrity to get a second opinion on my heating unit. I'd been told by another company that my unit was broken and poised a danger if I continued to use it and didn't buy a new one. That information was not true and I definitely felt the other company was trying to take advantage. The technician from Integrity explained everything to me and made photos of my heat exchanger verifiing that I DID NOT have damage to the unit and did not need an immediate replacement.
