Jacob arrived earlier than originally scheduled which I appreciated, performed the heater inspection, changed the April Aire filter, and repaired a potential leak spot in the heater vent in the roof. He also inspected the air conditioning system. All the services were performed expertly with reasonable cost where applicable. Jacob was very friendly and I will definitely request him for any future A/C and heater needs.

Dustin was unable to service our furnace. He said it was irreparable. He showed us pictures of the burned up furnace and told us not to run it again as it could easily burn down our house. Since there was no actual service, I can't rate the quality, price, or convenience. At least he backed up his claims with photos.
