22JAN2024 Jason Brown Arrived for silver club not heating well. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. It’s working well, but sometimes it will stop before reaching the setpoint. Homeowner showed me to the thermostat and attic access. Setup ladder and cycled equipment into heating at the thermostat. Removed 14x30 filter. Removed coil door, and opened all furnace cabinets. Removed blower motor. Inspected heat exchanger and evap coil. Brushed out blower wheel and reinstalled assembly. Check capacitor, clean flame sensor. Ohm HSI and cycle heating. Check gas pressure and heat rise. Gas pressure was at 3.78 with a 57 degree heat rise. Adjusted gas pressure back within manufacture specs and retested heat rise. 47 degrees across furnace. System is heating to the best of its abilities at this time. Replaced filter.
