Came out to perform preventative maintenance on AC system. Discussed with customer about maintenance being provided today, filters, and any issues that I can look into for her. Customer stated that the filters do need to be changed, and that she also noticed the AC making more noise over the past couple of years. Told her I would take care of the filters and look into the noise. I replaced the filters in home for customer and started inspection with equipment in attic. Inspected the blower assembly, motor, capacitor, electrical components, evaporator coil, drain line and overall condition. Evaporator coil is rusty, but no signs of refrigerant leaks at this time. Washed condenser coil thoroughly. Checked condenser coil for oil marks and condition. Checked fan motor, compressor, capacitor, hard start kit, contactor and all electrical. Found contactor pitted and coil discolored. Cycled AC on and checked amps, temperatures and pressures of condenser. All amps, temperatures and pressures we
