02JAN2024 Jason Brown Arrived for previously bid return chase cleaning. Spoke with homeowners about the scope of work. They explained that they had already started cleaning the tiles out. Verified all materials and got started. Disconnected power to the furnace. Removed cover for return chase. Removed all tiles. Swept out old construction materials and debris. Wiped concrete clean then brushed out edges of the walls interior. Applied mastic to all gaps and seams where air is penetrating the chase. Reinstalled cover with mastic on the interior seams.
