Trane split heat pump, downstairs system. customer stated they had refrigerant filled around 5 weeks ago. today, found ystem almost empty. performed an electronic leak search and found that the evaporator coil is leaking. coil will have to be replaced. Will submit to AHS for authorization of repairs. due to the age and conditions all options should be explored
