Goodman split heat pump, whole house system. 2 floors, one thermostat. at arrival, thermostat was blank. low voltage fuse was blown inside of air handler. traced issue down to a shorted contactor for the auxiliary heat strips. contactor relay was melted. replaced the contactor and tested the heat. system is now working properly. recommend our HVAC Protection Pledge to clean and maintain the system twice a year for best performance and to keep any warranty valid
