Checked the cooling on a Lennox heat pump
Found a leaking evaporator coil on a Goodman heat pump system.
ICP split heat pump, whole house system. Two zones. Tested system at arrival and found a failed condenser fan motor. Motor would start but then quit mins after running. Quoted customer price to replace motor and he agreed. Replaced motor and capacitor and tested system again. System is now running as it should. Performed a spring maintenance and the system checks out well at this time. Refrigerant levels are great, temperature split is spot on, and all components are working properly.
Goodman split AC. Found system low on refrigerator. Searched and found the evaporator coil leaking. Coil will have to be replaced. Also found fbad zone damper for the downstairs. Submitted for authorization of repairs

Goodman heat pump for the upstairs. Found and replaced failed capacitor that caused the outdoor fan to not start. Tested and system is now cooling very well
Found grounded compressor in lennox heatpump condenser unit
Lennox furnace coil and ac. Found no issues with the heating system. Customer asked to install a new ecobee thermal for the upstairs. Once replaced, during testing found that the AC is low on refrigerant, and reason was due to a leaking EVAP coil. Will submit findings for authorization of repairs
