tested system and found a few issues. the txv valve inside the evaporator coil has failed and is restricting refrigerant from flowing through the coil properly causing no cooling. underneath the home, found that the supply crossover flex duct has fallen off the plenum. reason is because it is full of water. will have to replace the txv valve and the supply duct. submitted information to AHS for authorization of repairs. due to the age and conditions all options should be explored
