customer had notes that the system in the attic was very wet all over the cabinet. Trane split AC, while house system two zones. found that the upstairs zone damper was failing and sticking closed, causing a restriction in the airflow. this would cause the unit to freeze or sweat excessively. replaced the damper and tested. system is now cooling well attached a quote for our HVAC Protection Pledge to service the system twice a year
