upstairs Trane heat pump split. found a failed capacitor that was causing the outdoor unit to not start. replaced the capacitor. tested system. and found that the refrigerant levels were low, resulting in low cooling. quoted to add refrigerant and leak sealant and customer approved. added and system is now cooling very well and is now working properly
