Lennox split heat pump, whole house system. 3 zones. inspected system and found that the system has two major failures. 1. the evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant. confirmed with electronic leak detector. 2. the txv at the evaporator coil is defective and not metering the refrigerant properly. both will need to be replaced. will submit information to AHS for authorization of repairs. due to the age and conditions all options should be explored
