I had a problem with my heat pump at 11:30pm on a Friday night. Ian, the on call tech, responded to my call within 15 minutes and offered to drive to my house that night even thou he was over an hour away. I told him the morning would be fine and he was there at 7:00am Saturday morning. He performed a very thorough diagnosis and resolved my problem. You just can't get better service.

Jack Lehr installed our original A/C system in 1996. We have had a very good service relationship since then. We are very happy we chose to continue that relationship when we decided to upgrade to a heat pump. The entire experience was excellent.
