We discussed the issues and options to my satisfaction. I understand a bit about the system and components and felt confident that replacement would soon need to be done; especially before winter. I am supposed to have free parts on the Gold Plan I paid for. Jack Lehr installed some new parts in January 2021 and charged me for the parts. On another visit, I received the free Gold Plan system checkup and was given a free filter for the heat pump indoor unit. But the filter is the wrong size and will not work. These filters are an odd size and cost me ten dollars each online.
