The technician that was doing the spring checkup on my heat pump discovered that I needed 2 pounds of refrigerant. I was very surprised because the system is less than 2 years old. I called the office and they sent out another technician to check for leaks. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Positive experience despite the problem.

My heating stopped working and I called Jack Lehr. They were able to send someone over within the hour. The technician was able to diagnose the problem within about twenty minutes and fixed the problem the same day within about an hour. Heat has been working great since. Would definitely recommend.
Strongly recommend you have homeowner handle the necessary thermostat changes involved in routine checks rather than technician doing this. Also, why do two technicians need to come into home and stand and chat vs just handling payment as contactless? Less contact time more protective for both technicians and household members.
The service man was a few hours later than my scheduled window, but was very pleasant and took time to explain everything to me. He forgot to turn the gas back on for one of my units but the team promptly responded the next day to double check and they were timely and friendly as well.
Tech was nice & punctual. But had to spend $83.00 just for him to check outlet. Which was fine. And hoping that payment. Would give me a 15% off discount. To be a regular Customer.
