Our regular maintenance service was scheduled quickly and in time for the summer season. Our service technician was friendly and well qualified in performing all the service tasks. I felt the service was thorough both inside the home and the outside equipment. Well worth the money charged.
Heat air system put in Feb 2009. Husband change filters twice a year.....no other service needed. Decided to get the maintenance program this year as my husband is seriously ill and unable to do any maintenance. Tech mentioned we needed 3 lbs of 410 refrigerant, in his opinion was excessive and possibly we have a leak. In my opinion if the refrigerant was never checked 3 lbs was not excessive, but said he could use a leak finder to locate a leak. I put my trust in his suggestion and paid the $245. When all was done he could not locate a leak. Felt I was taken advantage and paid for a service that was not necessary.
Nothing keeps the Traine running like a well trained Jack Lehr service technician.
