Tech was informed outside system was not turning on tech found low voltage coil had fail for the contactor tech replaced for testing purposes and system started up. Once tech was checking delta t and pressure tech found seals in the compressor were were bleeding into themselves and system was not operating properly. Tech informed customer on findings and priced out compressor replacement none warranty. Customer declined tech collected house call.
