Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, found no challenges at today’s visit. Units heating holding a delta T of 26. Used a 20x25x1 filter.
Replaced diaphragm inside the urinal and adjusted water flow.
—Performed CMA Full Service on 1 Package Heat Pump. — Heat strips are not connected. Blower motor wiring has been connected to compressor wiring at thermostat connection. — Performed extensive cleaning of blower wheel. —Changed filter, cleaned coil and outdoor unit, cleaned blower wheel, flush drain pan and trap. System currently operating correctly with a temperature difference of 19 degrees in heat mode.
Provided estimate to replace system and duct system
Upon arrival tech was informed that air handler would run for about a minute then shut off and condenser would continue to run and shut off. Tech found blow fault on control board. Checked to ensure blower was receiving proper voltage and it is. Reset breaker and blower came and ran for about a minute after condenser came on then blower shut off again with fault. Tech suspects the module is causing blower to cut off. Recommend replacement of both motor and module. Tech quoted OEM motor and single speed motor due to not being under warranty. Homeowner approved replacement with single speed motor. Installed and checked operation. System is back operational at this time.
Upon arrival tech cycled system and found system is running properly, tech was unable to replicate issue.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech found bacteria build up on blower. Tech pulled and cleaned. Tech found inducer motor capacitor at 1.8/2 MFD. Tech found compressor capacitor reading at 50/45 MFD. tech also found evaporator coil showing signs of rust. Tech did a detailed leak search but could not find a consistent leak. Tech recommends plasma air and turbo capacitor.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Upon arrival tech found outside fan rattling/vibrating excessively. Tech found excessive bacteria build up on blower. Tech pulled and cleaned. Tech also found compressor capacitor rating at 47.5/45. Tech recommends plasma air. Customer declined. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. (Next visit customer needs extra 14x24x1. Tech did not have any on his truck)
4x3 fernco came undone And 3 in pipe wasn’t glued in fitting
Replaced 20 amp breaker with 15 amp breaker for furnace in main panel. Breaker is spot #20 in panel. Condenser calls for 26-45 amps and has 40 amp fuses in disconnect at unit.
Customer go call back when they get tub shower faucet for us to install
Tech found no challenges upon arrival system is running with correct pressures and delta t. No charge per office
Remove Existing 4 Ton Goodman AC Unit and Furnace And Install New 4 Ton Goodman AC Unit And Furnace With Coil With WiFi Programmable Thermostat
Removed old tankless heater and installed a new customer supplied tankless heater.
Started to remove the tankless water heater then found out the customer had bought a natural gas heater and they need a propane water heater.
