Tech arrived and found secondary drain pan full and float switch stuck, tech freed float switch and installed primary float switch and EZ trap after approval system is no operating and draining properly.
Tech washed and serviced unit no challenges found. Used 2 20x25 filters. Tech recommended extending ESA, customer approved. Unit is cooling with a delta T of 18.
Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, upon arrival tech found 45 mfd capacitor testing below spec tech recommended replacement of capacitor customer approved at today’s visit, system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20 degrees

Install Trane 3 Ton Package Heat Pump With Plasma Air With WiFi Programmable Thermostat
Replaced mixing valve and installed an eyewash on bathroom faucet.
Tech performed pre buy inspection on two systems. Upstairs- tech recommends replacing auxiliary drain pan due to excessive rust and Corrosion, tech also found float switch is there but needs to wired into system. Tech recommends that upstairs system be serviced and cleaned. Downstairs- tech found no difficulties with downstairs unit at this time system is on and operating properly in both heating and cooling modes. Tech does recommend that unit be serviced and cleaned. Good delta to from both systems. All ducts are in good condition.
Tech performed esa on one system, Tech found excessive bacterial growth and dust/debris in unit and recommended installing plasma to prevent issue in the future. Customer approved. Tech found no other issues with system at todays visit.

Arrived on the job and found not all parts are here to install the water heater toilet has already been installed and shower trim is still not here. Water heater is missing the flushing valves And pressure relief valve.
