Tech performed service on arcoaire gas package unit. Tech was unable to perform inside work due to customer request. Also, left estimate for today is maintenance agreement renewel day. Tech left pen and notepad as well as (1) 20x20x1 filter at front door. Found no other challenges at today’s visit.
Tech performed ESA service and replaced filters. System is new and has no issues at this time.
Tech performed maintenance service on a split system. Tech found capacitor running really weak for the compressor side (21.10/45) value. Tech recommended replace the capacitor but customer didn’t approve. Customer will call the office for PSA renewal.
Tech performed maintenance service on a carrier package unit. Not other challenges at today visit. Delta t is within specifications.

Tech returned and replaced inducer draft motor, techs checked full cut system on and cycled system operation, techs swapped high found no issues with system at this time. Bill has been payed already.

Tech performed ESA on 1 system, found no challenges at today’s visit system is operating properly. Customer was not home at today’s visit stated he will call back in to renew agreement, tech didn’t have any filters will need to return and drop of 2 20x30x1 filters.
Tech performed maintenance service on trane package unit. Tech couldn’t get access to ductwork due to ductwork enclosed in garage. Customer renewed esa plan. Tech set up plumbing to replace hose bib. Delta t is within specifications.
Tech performed ESA. Found no issues. Tech recommends adding surge protection to system to prevent potential damage from lightning strikes and power surges. Customer approved.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found unit to be extremely dirty tech pulled and throughly cleaned blower along with evap coil tech installed new condenser fan blade found a previous service call unit is up heating properly after todays visit. Check was written for more then amount owed credit account for next purchase.
Tech replaced a condenser fan motor and capacitor, tested heat mode afterwards. System is back operating with normal amp draw. Tech left the system set on 65 heat per customer request.
