I did request to be called once the technician determined the issues; however at 12:30 pm I called Jackson & Sons to get a report as the technician did not reach me by phone! Understand from his notes (per Joy) that he completed the service and heat was working upon completion! Great!
Aiden did an awesome job. Even though he didn't have the replacement part, he was able to get our unit working until the part comes in. Great service! All of the techs that have been to our house have been wonderful!
Chris was friendly and quick.....he offered to sell me a different kind of filter but didn't come across as a "high pressure" salesman. He serviced my unit and explained what he found. I am very pleased!

Our a/c stopped working after hours this week. I called Jackson and Son’s and they sent someone out to fix it at 8:00 pm. We have been doing business with them for 20 plus years. They are the BEST!

Ricardo did a relatively quick and efficient maintenance check on my heating and air conditioning unit, pronounced it fit and ready to maintain temperature in my home, and even did a thorough cleaning on the unit. I found him to be intelligent, attentive, and soft spoken, all very desirable qualities in one so young. He helps renew an old man's faith in the new generation!

Upon arrival tech found blower not running after inspection tech found thermostat wired wrong with G terminal in common spot tech swapped and system is now back cooling properly at this time. Tech recommends ESA due to dust and debris in system no further changes at this time mail invoice.
Performed CMA visit on (4) Split Heat Pump systems, and (1) Mini Split. Changed all filters. (Unit #2) Replaced weak compressor capacitor, and weak OD fan capacitor. (Unit #1) Replaced weak OD fan capacitor, and installed PlasmaPure air purifier to air handler due to bacterial growth.
Provided estimate to install new heat pump
Tech arrived and began service on system, tech found leak and oil in coil compartment and called for field supervisor, tech also found outdoor fan motor seal cracked allowing oil to leak out and signs for future failure, tech found compressor contactor has loud hum and burnt contacts. Caleb taking over call.
Tech performed esa one system, tech found no issues with system at todays visit. System is back on and operating properly at this time. Dehumidifier is on and working properly with clean filter.
Tech found the issues is the batteries are low in the detector. The alarm was beeping once instead of 3 times. Customer replaced batteries and found the beeping stopped.
Performed CMA full service on 1 gas package system. System has no challenges at this time. There are pictures and a performance report attached to this invoice.
Performed CMA full service on 5 gas package systems. - All systems are performing and heating properly with a delta t of above 20 degrees. - Tech cleaned evaporator and condenser coils and washed outside systems. - Tech flushed drain lines and added condensate treatment tablets to drain pans. - Fan, compressor and blower motor amperage were inside correct specifications on all systems. - There are pictures and a performance report attached to this invoice.
Tech washed and serviced unit. Found blower wheel to be dirty, tech pulled and cleaned blower. Recommended plasma air to prevent a dirty blower. Customer will think about investing. Unit is heating with a delta T of 22.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech found compressor capacitor reading at 22/45 mfd. tech recommended replacing with turbo capacitor. Customer approved. Tech faced no other challenges this visit. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. Tech also recommends plasma air to improve indoor air quality. Customer said she will talk to her husband.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer uses their on filters.
Technician found oil furnace not engaged. Upon further inspection technician found nozzle was clogged. Technician replaced nozzle system started up with no issues. Technician cycled multiple times system started up every time. Nozzle is 1.00 B70
Tech cleared fault for WiFi error and set WiFi up, trip charge only per office.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found air handler to not be equipped with ez trap or primary float switch tech notified customer and explained importance customer would like quote sent and will look into having it done. Tech found no other challenges at this time unit is up heating and operating properly after todays visit.
Tech performed service on tempstar split system. Tech found ductwork to be hanging off in kitchen vent. Recommend reattaching ductwork. Attached ductwork after customers approval. Customer upgraded to psa plan. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no other challenges at todays visit.
