Thank you so much for trusting us with your home! We sincerely appreciate the 5 stars!
I have done business with Jackson and Sons for many years. In all that time I have been continuously impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of their techs. They are up to date on your system, no matter what kind you have. Ronnie is as friendly and courteous as anyone I've ever met and took the time to make sure my questions were answered and I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend him if you need service. I hope I get him next time!

Kenny is one of the “best all around” techs that has been to our home. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work, Jackson and Sons!
He done a great job and very friendly !
I called on Sunday afternoon to leave a message and was very thankful to talk with an actual person. She took my information and forwarded to weekend technician; he called me within 10 minutes and stated he could go to the residence immediately. I was very appreciative of this service due to extreme temperatures. Once he determined the problem, he called to report the findings. Permission was given by phone to repair the unit.
The product, service, and price were excellent. The job was done when I was not at the premises. I am very familiar with this type of work. Upon my inspection, what really impressed me is the quality of the workmanship for a job where the customer was not present. This shows me the true character of the workers and the company. " Impeccable ".
These guys showed up, installed our new system without any issues. They showed us how to work the thermostat and everything is running smoothly! They were very knowledgeable and explained what was installed. It was so nice to have down to earth people like us working at your company, So often foreigners show up and hard to understand. Thank you for hiring local!!
Caleb was great. He explained everything to us in detail. You should consider him an asset to your company!

Performed ESA, upon arrival homeowner stated upstairs system kept kicking on emergency heat. After further inspection tech found failed outdoor TXV. Compressor amp draws would shoot up to 14.8 then cut off at thermal overload. Compressor amp draws are rated for 11.2. Unit was also showing high head pressure. Tech also ran system in cool mode and found pressures are within spec and would run without any issues. Tech also ohm’d out compressor, windings are showing in the green. Tech informed homeowner of finding and spoke with the office. Office is to order outdoor TXV at no charge, covered under warranty.
Dismissed Wi-Fi setup message permanently. Vision pro is already set up for non programmable. Install setup is already setup correctly. Verified distributors and high pressure switch wires in compressor compartment are not rubbing. Ensured customer understands vision pro thermostat. Install warranty.
Upon arrival tech found the furnace running and satisfied shortly after. Tech removed inspection port covers and found no sign of soot only some rust in bottom port hole. Tech mounted operation of furnace, found the high limit would cycle the burner off on high temperature. Removed the blower door to test for restriction of return airflow and high limit still cycled burner off. Blower is set to medium speed which is correct for unit size. Customer stated furnace has heated fine with no challenge. Possible supply duct size challenge could be cause of cycling. Ductwork is as old if not older then furnace. Customer is satisfied with unit operation at this time.
Tech installed and tested used blower harness at no charge per Ron. No further issues found.
Confirmed megohm reading indicated “bad”. Below 20 megohms to ground. Tech recovered charge and flowed nitrogen while brazing in new compressor and filter drier. Put warranty label on original compressor. System passed positive pressure test at 200 psi of nitrogen and passed standing vacuum test at 370 microns. Recharged system with 8 lbs 3 oz of new R410a and tested. System is operating properly in each mode of operation. Dual fuel system. Heat exchanger looks good. Tech found burnt line voltage connector plugged into blower motor. Blower is running and amping normally. Tech recommends replacing plug to prevent future issues.
Upstairs thermostat reported relative humidity of 53% with system in heating mode satisfied at 70. Tech checked insulation inside air handler that was recently replaced. It is dry. Poured water in primary drain pan. Confirmed system is draining properly. Tech used two psychrometers to confirm upstairs thermostat humidity reading is reporting accurate room humidity. Gave system a cooling call and allowed it to run for 7 minutes. Delta T is 18 degrees. Tech let Mrs Winborne the office will give her a follow up phone call. No charge today per Jerry.
