Great service, as usual.

Ricardo did a relatively quick and efficient maintenance check on my heating and air conditioning unit, pronounced it fit and ready to maintain temperature in my home, and even did a thorough cleaning on the unit. I found him to be intelligent, attentive, and soft spoken, all very desirable qualities in one so young. He helps renew an old man's faith in the new generation!

Quick and efficient service

I have done business with Jackson and Sons for many years. In all that time I have been continuously impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of their techs. They are up to date on your system, no matter what kind you have. Ronnie is as friendly and courteous as anyone I've ever met and took the time to make sure my questions were answered and I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend him if you need service. Wonderful Service - PROMPT

I called on Sunday afternoon to leave a message and was very thankful to talk with an actual person. She took my information and forwarded to weekend technician; he called me within 10 minutes and stated he could go to the residence immediately. I was very appreciative of this service due to extreme temperatures. Once he determined the problem, he called to report the findings. Permission was given by phone to repair the unit.

Found an inflated dual run capacitor. System is under manufacturer warranty until (10/30/2024). Costumer approved repairs and got the system back operating.

Upon arrival tech was informed system hasn’t been ran in a few months. Tech turned system on and it began to frost over within a few minutes. Inspected duct under house and found return line torn in half and supply line crushed. Tech looked at evaporator coil and found it completely stopped up with dirt and a small leak at the end of the coil. Contacted field supervisor to go over best options. System was left off at disconnect.

Tech arrived and found that unit thermostat was calling but condenser was not getting 24v, tech found that drain had clogged and tripped overflow switch. Tech cleared drain and system is back on and working properly at this time.

Upon arrival tech was informed system was not cooling. Tech inspected and found herm on the capacitor low. Replaced 45mfd capacitor and system was back running. Informed homeowner that pressures were low indicating a leak but did not want to perform leak search and wanted to wait on adding Freon. Attempted to sign up with maintenance so we can monitor levels but refused for now. System is back operational but will eventually stop cooling as it continues to leak out.

Upon arrival tech recharged the system with 5 Lbs of R-22 Freon. System is still low on Freon but customer said that was good for the time being. (Smithfield PO: 202021309)

Tech was informed for the past 5 years they have had someone come put r22 Freon tech found system evaporator coil was frozen tech could not get pressure reading due to being frozen tech recommend let system thaw out and return to top off tech

Tech washed and serviced unit and found slight rust on evap but no leaks at this time tech found uv buld to be blown tech recommended replacement customer was not interested at this time tech found no other challenges at this time.

System was void on arrival. Tech flowed nitrogen while brazing in new service valves and filter drier. Used wet rag putty to protect new valves. System passed nitrogen pressure test at 200 psi and standing vacuum test at 240 microns. Recharged system with 7 lbs 1 oz of R410a and tested. Added 1 lb more for lineset length to reach 10 degree design subcooling. Tested drain for AHU21 with water. System is draining. System is back operating correctly. Billed for repairs.

-Insulated drain line at 19 of 21 air handlers per prior approval. -Replace outdoor fan motor capacitor on CDU-5 per prior approval. -Replace 3 pole compressor contactor on CDU-12 per prior approval. -Thermostat had already been replaced for system 21 via immediate phone approval while on site at service ending November 13, 2023. Line item has been removed from this invoice.

Tech preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 1 Package Unit and 21 Split Systems. Tech did find multiple systems down upon arrival but were diagnosed as being down on previous CMA Visits. * Package Unit 1 was found not cooling due to dual run capacitor having failed on both sides. Tech called Jeff Cupp and was approved to replace capacitor with Turbo capacitor. Tech replaced capacitor and system was back up and cooling at this time. *Split System #1 is operating at this time but compressor did test in caution area of megohm test. Tech does recommend installing Hard Start Kit to prolong life of compressor. *Split System #2 is operating within specifications at this time with no recommendations. *Split System #3 is operating within specifications at this time with no recommendations. *Split System #4 is operating at this time but evaporator coil is in poor condition but no leaks at this time. *Split System #5 is operating at this time but Fan capacitor tested weak and tech does recommend replaci
