I did request to be called once the technician determined the issues; however at 12:30 pm I called Jackson & Sons to get a report as the technician did not reach me by phone! Understand from his notes (per Joy) that he completed the service and heat was working upon completion! Great!
Aiden did an awesome job. Even though he didn't have the replacement part, he was able to get our unit working until the part comes in. Great service! All of the techs that have been to our house have been wonderful!
Chris was friendly and quick.....he offered to sell me a different kind of filter but didn't come across as a "high pressure" salesman. He serviced my unit and explained what he found. I am very pleased!

Our a/c stopped working after hours this week. I called Jackson and Son’s and they sent someone out to fix it at 8:00 pm. We have been doing business with them for 20 plus years. They are the BEST!

Ricardo did a relatively quick and efficient maintenance check on my heating and air conditioning unit, pronounced it fit and ready to maintain temperature in my home, and even did a thorough cleaning on the unit. I found him to be intelligent, attentive, and soft spoken, all very desirable qualities in one so young. He helps renew an old man's faith in the new generation!

Mr Holmes is the only techician I trust with my oil furnace and does a very good job.
Tech maintenanced oil furnace changed nozzle and oil filter. Once tech did tune up tech cleared the line and system started up no issues. System is heating at this time.
Tech returned to install blower motor under full warranty. System is back operational at this time.
Tech serviced unit. Upon arrival tech went to turn on water spicket and no water came out. Tech asked customer if they have a water pump. Customer claimed the water spickets “aren’t hooked up”. Tech examined both water spickets and found no water for both . Tech informed customer about plumbing department and claimed “he will let the home owner know. Tech faced no challenges this visit. Tech found kitchen vent no putting out air. Tech informed customer and showed two vents in comparison. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently.
- Tech found failed blower motor on Carrier packaged heat pump installed in May, 2023. - Tech installed a temporary PSC motor until OEM part is installed under contractor warranty. OEM motor is 3/4hp; tech did not have proper size and installed a 1/2hp motor and advised customer to avoid over working the undersized motor. Motor is drawing 3.28 amps, rated for 2.9 amps. Set to medium speed on load side of the contactor and reversed polarity wires to confirm proper rotation. - System is operating normally at this time with temperatures reading 68.9/ 100.8 without heat strips.
Removed old water heater and installed a new 40 gallon heater.
Looked at water heater and found element area rusted out. Water heater needs replaced.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer uses their own filters.
Came to quote a tank and tankless water heater.. Wants a repair done on the existing water heater and a quote on a tankless heater
Replaced breaker for gas pack to a 35 amp breaker in main panel. Supported gas line with unistrut and clamp.
Pull shower spot to fine no pipe tape put pipe tape re install no leaks also remove water save in shower heads for more pressure

Tech found a large leak in the evaporator coil causing low refrigerant. Tech spoke with the office and cannot find replacement parts. Customer does not want replacement price.
Tech washed and serviced unit, tech found no challenges at today’s visit. Tech recommended media filter to not have to change filter so often, customer not interested at this time. Tech also recommended extending ESA customer approved VIA check. Unit is heating and cooling properly with a delta T of 21. CUSTOMER REQUESTED ESA HARD COPY VIA MAIL.
Performed ESA, tech found high start run amps. Recommended adding a hard start kit to improve windings inside compressor and to protect the compressor. Homeowner approved, system has been serviced and is back on and heating.
Tech found manual reset roll out switch tripped. Tech found burner box cracked where 3 of the heat exchangers pulls the flame in from the burners. This was causing the flames to blow back when the blower comes on. Heat exchangers will need to be replaced because the plate is connected to the heat exchangers. Tech recommends replacing system, 20 years old R22. Field supervisor notified
