Water Heater Installation: To help with energy efficiency, a client requested a new tankless water heater installation. We provided an energy-saving solution that delivers hot water on demand, reducing overall energy consumption and providing an endless hot water supply.
Plumbing Pipe Insulation: To avoid freezing pipes during the harsh winter months, we installed pipe insulation throughout the home. This proactive measure helps maintain water temperature, reducing the risk of burst pipes and providing peace of mind to the homeowner during extreme cold spells.
Ductwork Sealing and Repair: A homeowner noticed significant heat loss and uneven temperature distribution in their home. After inspecting the ducts, we found several loose and damaged sections. We sealed and repaired the ducts to enhance the heating efficiency, ensuring that every room received consistent warmth during the snowy season.
HVAC System Replacement: With an aging HVAC system causing frequent breakdowns and high energy costs, we performed a complete system replacement. The new high-efficiency unit was installed with a focus on energy conservation and comfort, ensuring that the client’s home stays warm and efficient despite the cold winter weather.
Furnace Inspection and Adjustment: After the first snow of the season, a client reported uneven heating throughout the home. Our technician discovered that the flame rollout switch needed adjustment. Once tuned, the furnace operated efficiently again, offering consistent warmth and ensuring safety during the chilly days ahead.
Furnace Replacement: With an older furnace no longer providing the heating power required for winter, we installed a new, high-efficiency furnace. The updated unit not only offers consistent warmth but also reduces energy consumption, making it a cost-effective and eco-friendly solution for the homeowner.
Plumbing Pipe Repair: A homeowner noticed significant water damage around their sink. We traced the issue to a cracked pipe hidden within the walls. After replacing the damaged section and re-sealing all connections, we restored the plumbing system, preventing further water leaks and protecting the home from potential future issues.
Tech performed service on rheem split system. As tech was checking amp draws, found amp draws to be higher than normal. Tech recommended installation of hard start kit. Installed after customers approval. Customer renewed maintenance plan. Customer also stated would like tech to come for all future services. Delta t is within specification at this time and customer is satisfied with todays service. Found no other challenges at todays visit.
Technician found breaker for compressor sparking. 50amp ge breaker. Technician mega ohmed compressor found it in red. Technician informed customer on findings replaced breaker with a 60 amp temporary until we are able to return with 50 amp breaker. Customer is aware and will not be home due to house is her aunts and she loves in Dunn. Technician cycled system system is heat at this time.
Found The whole house stopped up. Removed guest bath toilet and snake the main line and cleared out several wipes from the system. reset, toilet and tested good.
Found condenser fan motor failed. Replaced 1/4HP 825RPM fan motor. Installed surge protector and start kit. Compressor was extremely hot and customer opted to allow compressor to cool on its own. Once compressor returns to normal temperature system will run as normal. Billing today’s invoice per Adam.
Will need to return with one 20x25x3 media filter, customer already paid for filter and will need to order clean effects filter
Tech arrived and found 3 roof top gas packs not heating. Gas pack#1 tech found 3 flash code for pressure switch fault, tech found inducer draft motor seized up customer want ordered and replaced as soon as possible. Gas pack# 3 tech found 2 flash code igniter failure, tech found igniter cable unplugged tech plugged back In and cycled system with no challenges. Gas pack #4 tech found thermostat not sending call, tech bypassed thermostat and found system operating properly. Tech replaced thermostat after approval system is now back heating properly at this time.
Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, upon inspection tech found duel run capacitor testing below spec on the compressor side tech recommend replacement of capacitor customer approved at today’s visit, tech also recommended installation of media filter customer declined at today’s visit, customer wants to wait to renew, the system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20 degrees
Tech preformed preventative maintenance and serviced both the upstairs and downstairs systems. Tech found UV bulb to be blown on downstairs system and the dual run capacitor to be failing on the upstairs system. Tech recommended replacing both the bulb and the capacitor. Customer invested in replacement capacitor and UV bulb. Both systems are up and running with a delta t of 20 and 23.
