Tech found wire nut fell off of y circuit, tech put new wire nut and secured system is now back operating properly, no charge per office due to recent maintenance.

—Outdoor fan motor capacitor tested weak. Recommend replacement of 5 mfd capacitor. Outdoor fan motor amperage slightly high. FLA 1.5, actual 1.51. Suspect high amperage due to weak capacitor. —Replaced 5 mfd Outdoor Fan Motor Capacitor per prior approval.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech found lint all over evaporator coil. Tech used coil brush to clean off any excess. Tech found evaporator coil showing signs of rust. Tech could not find a consistent leak. Tech also found compressor side of capacitor reading at 50.8/45. Tech recommends turbo capacitor. Customer would like to wait to replace. Last technician that came out claimed second set of heat strips were not energized. Unit is struggling to heat properly.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech faced no challenges this visit. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. Tech could not get a picture of crawl space due to last technician breaking the entrance door. Customer barricaded entrance to avoid animals getting in.

Outdoor fan motor amperage slightly high. FLA 1.5, actual 1.51. Suspect high amperage due to weak capacitor. —Compressor tested caution on megohm test. This indicates motor windings insulation is deteriorating and compressor/motor may be due for failure. Addition of a Compressor Hard Start Kit may prolong the lifespan of the compressor. Provided estimate for Hard Start Kit. —System operating correctly at this time, with exceptions as noted above.
Found mainline for the kitchen and laundry sink stopped up 100% about a 30 foot run. Cleared the drain from under the house and tested with the sink. Everything is draining properly now.
Sequencer assembly is intermittently failing causing 2nd bank of heat strips to be unable to energize. Declined repair at this time. Will call when ready. Built estimate.
Upon arrival tech was informed system heat strips did not seem to be coming on. Inspected and found heat strips not receiving line voltage at equipment, it received 76 volts at disconnect and 246 volts from breaker in panel. Tech found another disconnect under house for heat strips with a blown 60 amp fuse. Tech replaced both fuses under house and systems heat strips started working accordingly. System is back operational at this time.
Looked at the tankless heater and advised the customer of possible chances of holes in the heat exchanger if we flush the unit. Customer has decided to not flush the heater at this time and is going to let the heater be until it has a failure point down the road.
Found the compressor not plugged in. Corrected the challenge and tested heat afterwards. 100 degrees supply temp from 2 stage heat pump only. No charge due to recent ESA visit. Customer requested a duct system replacement quote. Office would need to call homeowner to schedule a visit from one of our field supervisors.

Tech washed and serviced outside Condenser, customer would like to reschedule to have air handler done. Tech was not able to step inside due to baby sleeping, could not see thermostat, change filters, or get delta T. Tech also found broken pipe in crawlspace with water around it and a sewer smell. Tech informed customer and also informed them we do plumbing.
