Customer wanted tech to install window unit. Once finished, customer requested tech reinstall the other unit that was installed crooked by someone else. Tech had to take unit down and reinstall from start. Tech made sure both are working properly.
Emailed duct quote to customer, customer is going to try and get insurance to cover duct system.
Found sewer water standing at the entrance of one of the crawlspace entrances. Insulation was coming out of the vents and mice size holes present at some ducts. Return flex and rectangle trunk line, 6 inch supply lines. Costumer would like a duct system replacement quote, filed supervisor is scheduled out for tomorrow at 11am to provide a solution. Costumer paid $101.00 cash.

Performed routine maintenance per energy savings agreement. No challenges were observed today in terms of system performance. The system is cooling properly with a delta t of 20 degrees. System was cleaned as thoroughly as possible. Indoor coil did have a good amount of dust, debris in it. Technician removed what they could without risking damaging any of the refrigerant lines or further impacting the coil.
