Sold 4 ton Trane split heat pump
Tech found downstairs unit compressor blew out releasing all oil and refrigerant. Compressor would need to be replaced but tech recommends replacing unit due to age and cost of repair.
Tech serviced and washed unit, found no challenges .
Tech replaced Capacitor. Customer paid Via Discover Card.

Customer was not home for todays visit. Tech serviced and washed unit. Found Blower capacitor testing weak, tech did not have one readily available will need to schedule return visit for capacitor replacement. Found evap coil rusted and corroded though no leaks. Tech made customer aware of findings. Customer paid via card.

FOUND 5’ OF 6” FLEX TORN/DISCONNECTED. NEED TO RETRUN TO REPLACE 5’ PORTION OF FLEX DUCT. INSTALLED AMRAD START CAPACITORS ON BOTH SYSTEMS.
Completed full service maintenance on Trane gas package unit, 2 heat pumps, 2 mini splits,changed filters, tested heat strips and burners, capacitors, motor amps, cleared drain traps, T-stats.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer has washable filters. Tech found previous leak under crawlspace tech notified customer that it is still leaking.

Performed a maintenance inspection on a Trane heat pump, changed filters, checked motor amps, capacitors, heat strips, T-stat, cleared drain, put pan tabs inside air handler.
Tech washed and serviced both units and found no challenges at this time both systems have plasmas one which had fallen down inside of unit tech screwed and secured plasma back tech also fixed the other unit the same way so the issue wouldn't happen again. Tech found no other challenges at this time.
