It was 28 degrees, and the heat was not working. I called and within an hour and a half, tech had my heat back working.

Tech returned to replace a bad capacitor. Capacitor replaced and customer is satisfied. System is back running.

Tech Performed a CMA Inspection on 3 Split Heat Pump Systems. All 3 systems tested good and back operating as expected.
Galvanized water line hasn’t been replaced so we can do repairs on tub shower valve replacement

Looked at a Rheem tankless electric water heater. The tankless water heater is not coming on due to a bad motherboard. Customer states the water heater is still under warranty so she is going to call the warranty company to resolve the issue.
