I feel that the service received was good. However I felt that this particular service incident should have been resolved and recognized during my initial visit last year. I felt that this service appointment could have been resolved the first time back around July 2023 and again when I had my last service appointment review in January 2024. Only to experience just a few months later when the weather got warmer again we were told we have a large leak which I found should have been discovered less than 7 months ago which now is costing me more money. This is my opinion I could be mistaken but just how I truly feel . The service received was very good timely and efficient however spending over 3 grand in less then 7 months for a unit that’s less than 3 years old I just couldn’t understand. I feel good customer service is evaluating the service experience to determine whether the problem that occurred could have been missed by the prior technician? Maybe consider the time frame the customer could be right. I hope after replacing Athena damage part that I will receive satisfaction of my unit performance.
The technician was thorough patient and took the time to explain what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable which made us feel that he was trustworthy.
Send him when service is needed.
love the serve and the prior service text with photo of technician
I would recommend your company to each and everyone. Your kindness, honesty and friendliness is awesome. Great customer service!!!
We have had another HVAC come out four times to “fix” our six year old unit. Derek came out promptly, completed his testing and diagnostics and located the concern. He was honest with his findings and informed us that it was a problem not involving the HVAC unit itself. He could had easily told us something else needed to be replaced in the unit and charged us for parts and labor, and we would have been none the wiser, but he was honest and told us that the issue was outside his scope and gave us his recommendation.
Matt was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed having him do his job at our house.
Enjoyed talking with Michael. Appreciate the time he took to explain things with pictures.
