Mr Rivera was informative and professional. He pulled a small hose blew out some dirt. The whole process took maybe 5min at most and I was charged 236 dollars. I understand the house call but with no repair or parts to buy it should not have cost that much. Other than the price being expensive I was satisfied with my experience with Jackson and son
Both men were informative. Explained new updates that could be added to the system. We appreciate the information, and may consider the update for a later date.
Tech perform preventative maintenance and service system. Tech recommended surge protector to protect system against power surges. Customer would like to invest surge protector during next visit. System is up and running with a Delta t of 22.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found refrigerant lines insulation deteriorating tech recommend replacing to prevent any more condensation from dripping on the floor customer would like to wait and give us a call back.
