Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found microbial growth on blower housing. Tech recommended plasma air to help prevent microbial growth from coming back. Customer didn’t invest at this time. Customer did invest in renewal.
Water heater elements need to be replaced. House is on a water pump and there is a valve in the pump house to turn water off to the house.
Tech replaced a section of 18 inch return duct.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found unit containing 2 inches of water tech extracted water out of system and also found Evap/blower with a bacterial growth. Tech thoroughly cleaned blower and coil. Tech found no other challenges at this time. Tech recommended plasma and uv to prevent build up from returning.
Tech found a large rip in the return trunk before the return plenum. 18 inch duct, 20ft and silicone needed, hood will need to be removed and reinstalled. Customer approved repair.

Install Trane 2 Ton Package Heat Pump With Plasma Air With WiFi Programmable Thermostat
Performed CMA Full Service on 1 Split Heat Pump System. System is operating and cooling properly. Tech would recommend replacing compressor capacitor and contactor. Details are in the estimate provided.
Found return line completely filled with water visible from inside return plenum seemingly from combination of clogged drain line on package unit, and recent heavy rain. Supply showing water damage as well, and multiple branch lines in need of replacement. New duct system is recommended. Handed over to field supervisor. Invested in ESA (1) system. Schedule 1st visit.
Technician found plasma air was installed on inner compressor wall. Technician repositioned to allow more air to flow allowing more ionization to be allowed into the air. Technician also found 2 ducts with dust particles and informed customer they want them cleaned and will contact cleaning service
