Tech found Honeywell Pro Series thermostat locked out with passcode, entered passcode and removed screen lock. Recommended investing in maintenance agreement. Mail paper invoice to customer per request.
Tech set Trane 824 thermostat to desired set point and set to permanent hold. Found all wires on dual run capacitor left unplugged. Wired capacitor back up and tested system, system is back up and cooling.
Found float switch tripped due to clogged drain line. Cleared drain line, reset switch, and tested drainage. System up and cooling with no further challenges. Invested in PSA (1) system. Schedule 1st visit.
Tech performed service on trane split system & trane package unit. Tech installed 20x30x3 media & 20x20x3 media filters. Tech recommended installation of plasma air purifier. Installed after customers approval. Customer renewed maintenance plan. Customer would like tech to return for future services. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with todays visit. Found no other challenges at todays visit.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. UV Bulb working. Tech pulled and cleaned exterior of blower. Tech faced no challenges at this time. Unit could not get a 18+ delta t. Tech recommends plasma air to reduce build up on blower. Customer approved plasma air and PSA renewal. Tech will have to come out again doesn’t have any plasmas on the truck.
Tech performed esa on two systems, Tech recommended installation of plasma to help prevent growth of bacteria and dust/debris from accumulating in package unit. Tech found no other issues with either system at todays visit. Both systems are back on and operating properly at this time.
Customer has had work done on the system. Tech found system running high pressure lockout. Tech ran ac and heat mode and found high head in heat and low superheat high subcooling in AC mode. Tech suspects system is overcharged due to low airflow. Tech inspected airflow and found the backside of the evaporator coil is completely plugged. Coil will need to be removed, cleaned and system correctly charged. Tech performed approved repairs and customer agreed to 1x/year ESA.
Tech performed ESA on 1 system found no challenges at today’s visit system is operating properly at this time.
Tech did cma inspection on 6 split systems and 2 mini splits. System amps are within specs . System are operating properly. Tech flushed out drain line and ensured condensate pumps are operating. Tech replaced 13 20x20x1 filters
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer was interested in getting damper replaced tech sent estimate. Customer left during maintenance
Performed ESA, tech found high start amps on compressor. Installed a hard start kit to improve the life of unit. Homeowner left before maintenance was completed. System is back on and heating.
Performed ESA, homeowner extended PSA maintenance renewal. Tech also installed surge protection after homeowners approval. Tech serviced and cleaned unit and is back on and heating.
