jackson & sons

they do get the AC going every time they have to come out and the techs are really nice the problem is they have to be called to come out TOO OFTEN I just wish they could fix it for longer than 2 weeks at the time - they installed the unit themselves less than 10 years ago

Super impressive!

Wow! What a great experience! Matthew arrived timely, politely introduced himself, listened intently to my description of our AC problem and went right to work. He quickly found and repaired the issue and ran a complete system check which revealed a potential future issue. He quickly fixed that as well. Matthew is the consummate professional and is a credit to Jackson & Sons. He clearly explained both issues and made sure to answer all of my questions. Super efficient and super friendly. 5 stars - A++ - 100%! Thanks for saving our weekend, Matthew!

Compressor not operating due to failed dual run capacitor, replaced capacitor and tested. System is back up and cooling, amp draw and delta t within spec.

Tech found the water is coming from the exhaust vent. Tech also found water damage around ceiling trim. This was due to structural air gaps. Exhaust fan goes out of the roof and is likely leaking around vent exit. Tech recommended calling a general contractor to look at structural issues with house and look at the vent exit on the roof. House has floor vents and a package unit so water is not hvac related.
