Upon arrival tech found rollout switch tripped at gas pack. Inspected heat exchanger and located a crack. Heat exchanger is failed and system can not run with cracked heat exchanger. Tech turned power off to system and informed customer. Informed field supervisor.
Tech measured hood in order to have new hood made and installed. Will need a 28” tall 18” deep by 41” length hood. Carrier package unit. Also will need to bring sheet metal for new filter track in return box. 24x24” return. Call to schedule repairs.
Came to give a quote to fix leaks but water is turned off and can’t see where leaks are coming from. Also the floor I. The kitchen has to be replaced and you can’t walk on it. She will call us back when she gets the water turned on and the floor tore up
Upon arrival tech was informed thermostat had gone blank from storm. Inspected system and found a burnt wire going from the compressor contactor to the capacitor and the 3amp low voltage fuse blown. Installed resettable fuse and found the thermostat was shorted cause fuse to blow. Tech repaired damaged wire replaced 3amp fuse and installed Focus Pro 5000 thermostat with backplate. Turned power back on and system began heating. Temps and amp draws are within range. System is back operational at this time.
Upon arrival tech verified that system doe have a leak in evaporator coil. Informed homeowner of findings and wants to wait until the first of the year to make repairs. Emailed estimate for repair and told homeowner to call office when ready to move forward.
Upon arrival tech began inspecting no heat find from maintenance visit. Tech found Trane 624 thermostat reverted to factory programming. Programmed thermostat for heat pump operation and system began working. Temp reading and amp draws are all within specs. No charge due to recent visit. System is back operational at this time.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Upon arrival tech found thermostat in emergency heat. Tech found compressor capacitor getting closes to its threshold rating at 47.5/45. Tech also found evaporator coil showing signs of rust. Tech faced no other challenges this visit.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech found evaporator coil to be severely rusted. Tech did a detailed leak search and found a consistent leak. Tech called field supervisor out. Tech faced no other challenges at this time. Tech could not get a 40+ delta t.

TECH COMPLETED FILTER CHANGE OF 4-20x20x1 FILTERS. TECH CLEANED CONDENSER COILS AND OUTSIDE CABINETS OF 1 RTU SYSTEM AND 1 CONDENSER UNIT. TECH REPLACE 40amp CONTACTOR ON RTU SYSTEM. THERE ARE PICTURES ATTACHED TO THIS INVOICE.
Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, tech found no challenges with the system at today’s visit, the system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20+ degrees, will need to drop off 1 20x25x1 filter
Tech arrived to perform CMA full service on 1 HP split and 1 RTU HP. Tech found no water spigots will need to come back with water pack tech was only able to inspect electrical at this time. Tech would recommend new compressor contractor for RTU, EZ trap drain and primary float switch for split system. Built estimate for recommendations, need to bring (4) 20x20s when we return to finish CMA
Tech arrived and customer explained that outdoor fan stopped running and compressor got loud, tech checked system and found no challenges. Tech explained defrost cycle to customer, customer also explained duct issues that crawl space company found. Tech found duct disconnect and old branch line laying in crawl space, tech removed old branch line and reconnected broken branch line. No further challenges at this time.
