Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced systems. Tech recommended hard start kit to preserve the life of the compressor. Customer does not want to invest anymore money into current systems due to age of systems and would like to get quotes on new systems. Tech notified customer of promo and tax credits that are currently being offered for new systems. Customer would like to receive quotes on new systems. Tech notified field supervisor. System is up and running with a delta t of 20.
Tech preformed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech recommended a surge protector to protect system against power surges. Crust did not invest at this time. System is up and running with a delta t of 18.
Upon arrival tech was informed of water source system not doing anything at all. Tech went under house and found the duct work to be torn and laying on the ground at multiple supply lines and in 2 locations on the return. Tech also saw the evaporator coil extremely dirty from being exposed and dirt and debris being pulled into return. Tech informed home owner of finding and recommended replacing system and duct work over making any repairs. Homeowner stated she did not want to further investigate system any further at this time. Field supervisor is set up to come next week and go over options.
Customer only wanted to remove branch line that is disconnect from boot and not being used. Duct system is old and leaky. Cool air can be felt as soon as crawl hole door is opened. Also found holes and tears throughout duct system. Customer does not want duct replaced at this time.
Tech washed and serviced unit, found UV Bulb blown and recommended the customer replace it. Customer approved. No other challenges found. Customer preferred me not go inside. Handed filters off to customer and couldn’t get delta T.
Tech performed service on goodman package unit. Homeowner is not home during maintenance visit. Tech performed outside service only. As tech was megohm the compressor, it had flashed yellow then followed to green. Tech recommends hard start kit to save compressor despite the age of the unit. Tech left (2) 20x25 filters as long as pen & notepad on left side of house on porch. Tech did not do inside work, due to homeowner not home. Found no other challenges at todays visit.
Tech performed service on trane split system. Recommend media filter. Installed 16x20x3 media filter after customers approval. Customer renewed maintenance plan. Found no challenges at todays visit.

Apon crawl space inspection tech found puddled up water and water stains on the floor tech informed customer. Tech found no other challenges at this time. Unit is heating and cooling properly at this time.
Tech found drain line clogged tripping float switch, tech cleared out and flushed multiple times to ensure proper drainage. No charger Per PSA and recent visit.
Tech returned to wash system and clean coils.

Tech performed esa on Coleman gas furnace split heat pump. Unit is cooling properly with 21 delta t.
Upon arrival tech began replacing evaporator coil and blower motor. Installed new one way filter drier and pressure tested with nitrogen to 360psi and pulled vacuum down to 310 microns. Charged system with 6lbs and 4oz of R410A Freon. Replaced 1/3hp blower motor. System is back operational at this time.
Upon arrival tenant stated system has stopped working after storm, tech found condenser in hard lockout tech reset and cycled system with no challenges, both pressures and delta t are within specs. Tech recommended having systems cleaned found dirt and debris in coils and sludge in drain line tech spoke with secure and they will think about it. Bill for work
