I called on Wednesday and described the problem I was having with my mini split unit. They communicated with me about their ETA the very next day. The technician was smart and friendly. I was happy that he'll be working to resolve the issues.

The last thing you want to come to is a hot house, a quick call to Jackson and Sons within a few hours the AC was working again. Michael came to our home after 10pm after being out all day and diagnosed the problem instantly. You might pay a little more for the service, but the service is first class.
Tech preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 2 package units. Package HP #1 is operating at this time but is in need of a fan capacitor. Tech has attached estimate to invoice for cost of replacement. Package HP #2 is operating correctly at this time, However the thermostat is faulty and not showing correct room temperature. Tech has attached estimate for replacement to invoice. Tech has also attached system performance reports to invoice along with pictures. All Air Filters have been replaced.

Tech performed maintenance per energy savings agreement. Tech found no challenges at todays visit. Homeowner extended PSA over the phone for 2 visits 1 year for $308.51 via card. Replaced 16x20x1 filter.
Tech performed ESA on 1 system found no challenges at today’s visit.
Replaced dual run capacitor System back to cooling however tech recommended replacing outdoor fan and being on maintenance plan for zoned system Declined motor and maintenance plan as homeowner has other expenses at this time .
Tech found no difficulties at this time.
Tech was informed customer had other company’s come out tell him he had a leak but could not find leak tech performed leak search found accumulator bottom side was leaking tech confirmed with soup bubbles tech quoted $2349.23 for repairing unit data plate is un readable tech only got partial model and serial customer will call us when wanting repair done
Tech found unit was low on refrigerant tech with approval added 1lb of 410a unit started cooling correctly with a supply of 61 return was around 80 degrees tech was approved to perform leak search tech got hits coming from whole that was cut for drain not from a/h connections customers will need to remove ceiling panels to access line set
Tech found 1/3hp blower motor had failed bearing have gave out tech spun motor with hand motor would not spin tech quoted out for a blower motor customer approved tech did educate customer on Mai plan and benefits she invested in monthly premium plan unit is operating correctly at this time
Tech found ceiling cassette mini split would give an 8 flash error code after running 1-2 minutes. Tech was able to determine code nearing after receiving the cover to the control panel from homeowner. Code was for high condensate. Tech located and removed a drain plug in bottom of unit. There was a quart of water that drain out. Unit was reassembled and operation tested. Unit will run but does not drain, unit had a build-in condensate pump that power is coming out of control but pump is not running. Will need to quote pump replacement. Will need to check refrigerant charge when pump is replaced, refrigerant lines may need to be disconnected. Customer has had challenges with leaks in the past. MAIL CUSTOMER A COPY OF INVOICE.
Performed ESA. Technician found no challenges at this time. Recommended plasma air purifier.
Tech found no challenges with system, system is operating properly. Customer did not extend service agreement.
Tech performed PTU on 1 system found no issues at today’s visit tech recommended service agreement customer decided to sign up for MPA tech collected 122.76 by check.
FOUND COMPRESSOR TERMINALS RUSTED OUT AND BROKEN. CALL MONDAY TO SCHEDULE QUOTE ON SYSTEM REPLACEMENT. 2000 MODEL R22 UNIT.
Tech found hood was detached from wall and when installed they did not add enough anchors to hold hood tech added more anchors and got hood back to wall tech did show customer customer agreed to adding more anchors if it comes loose again will need to come with longer hood
