Tech waited for tenant to arrive at property. Upon inspection tech found secondary drain pan full of water which triggered float switch and cut system off. Tech vacuumed out all water and cleaned primary drain line after homeowner approval. Tech tested drains, system is now draining properly. System is cooling with an 18 degree delta t, found no further challenges. Collected $460.36 for repairs by card via phone.
