Tech replaced blower motor and found blower running properly. Tech also tested refrigerant pressures and temperatures to be sure suction pressure and superheat are good with the new blower. System is running properly at this time. Collected a check for 456.39
Upon arrival tech found failed blower motor and module at air handler for Rheem split system. Tech quoted $459.36 for repairs. Will need to order new module and motor under warranty. Call customer and schedule repair when motor arrives. Collected $87.00 plus tax per Housecall fee.
Tech found compressor had a grinding noise upon start up and shut own tech also found condenser coil has a leak as well tech spoke with ms Cynthia and let her know of leak found and compressor noise she wants quote on repair and replacing
Tech found system not cooling due to a failed 35/5uf dual run capacitor. Trane comfort site reports functional parts good until 2031. Customer approved replacing. System is back cooling. No housecall per premium agreement.
Upon arrival tech found dead dual run capacitor. Tech replaced capacitor with turbo capacitor, system up and cooling. Recommended ESA.
Upon arrival customer informed tech that when they turned on ac within a few hours they saw that water mark upon further inspection. Tech did not find any drain issues with the unit no drain lines above the ceiling where the water Mark is except aux drain which drain pan is dry indicating no water in the aux drain line present tech did find a vent pipe going through roof near the area when tech moved insulation around tech found some insulation moist but not wet customer invested on mpa tech did not find any issue with unit
Performed tune up on Ruud package unit.
