Awesome guy

Your company is very lucky to have Kenneth Chandler as an employee. I was very impressed with his ability to troubleshoot to find and fix the problem faster than I expected and on a holiday!!! Super polite and all around great guy!! Hope we have no more problems but if we do my wife and I hope we get him again!!

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. System has a low delta t customer will let homeowners insurance deal with the system.

Tech was informed thermostat was broken, system was short cycling, and power was shut off to air handler. Tenant stated that the system has been working all day once they turned breaker on. Tech observed thermostat working correctly during visit. System ran with stable pressures and did not short cycle for duration of the visit. Tech observed three main issues: 1. Dirty evaporator coils 2. Dirty condenser coils 3. Dirty air filter Informed customer that we are not proponents for removing coils from a system of this age and that we offer no guarantee that cleaning these coils will resolve the issue. Tech replaced air filter. Customer requested a quote to replace the system and has approved the estimate for repair if they decide not to replace the system.

Tech was informed there were water leaks in theaters 1, 3, 4, and 5. Theater 1/ GP 1 had circuit 1 freezing causing it to drip outside of the drain pan and leak into theater. Leak was at evaporator coil but due to system being 2001 and having R22 Freon tech recommends replacing system over repairing. Theater 3/ GP 3 had a leak in the middle of the room. System is located in the corner of the room above fire exit. There is a roof curb in that location with a cap on it. Tech inspected curb and cap but did not see any signs where a leak could be at. Theater 4/ GP 4 has a small leak in the middle of the room. System is located in the corner of room above fire exit. Tech did not see any signs from on the roof or below indicating a leak anywhere. Suspects issue is with roof. Theater 5/ GP 5 had a water drip in the center of the room. System is located in corner near fire exit. Took picture and video of drip and informed customer that is a roof leak. GP 5 also had one of the condenser fan mot

Upon arrival tech was informed thermostat was not working. Inspected and found thermostat giving a power low alert and would not let you do anything. Tech turned off power and changed thermostat and programmed. Tech also found line voltage was 208v but transformer was set for 240v, moved wire in transformed. System is back operational at this time.

Tech found drain clogged and cleared drain. No water was on the floor at this time. Tech also made sure no water was in the return plenum underneath the coil. Tech tested drain, capacitor and refrigerant pressures to make sure coil is not freezing. Tech found filter is clogged causing an airflow restriction, tech removed filter and found suction pressure go from 114 to 122. Tech replaced filter.

Performed CMA Full Service on 4 split system heat pumps. The only system that showed challenges was the kitchen system. This system has a leak in the evaporator coil that was discovered back in May. Field supervisor office has been previously notified. All other systems are cooling properly at this time. All electrical tested to spec and all temperature change overs are within 18-20 degrees. Filters - filters swapped and disposed of.

Upon arrival tech was informed both rooftop system did not seem to be running. Tech inspected systems and found GP #1 had a burnt contactor and burnt wires that prevented the system from coming on. With approval from Tim tech replaced 3 pole contactor and repaired damaged wires. System came back on and is back working at this time. GP #2 had no issues at this time. Tech believes due to 1 of the 2 systems being down was the reason GP #2 did not appear to be working. Both systems are back operational at this time.

Upon arrival tech found condenser not running due to failed dual run capacitor. Tech replaced capacitor after approval, tested system. Fan motor is over amping. Informed customer, delta t is slightly low, old R22 system. Tech recommended replacing system rather than charging system back up or trying to repair any leaks.
