Great service will continue to call on Jackson and sons especially with great service from Josh
Very polite young man. Answered all my questions. Good job and completed in a short period of time.
Landen was nice enough to take my flyer and business cards to put in the office.
Jackson and Son's continue to deliver quality service and honor their commitment to their customers.
I would definitely recommend Jackson and Son’s.
I always have great experiences with Jackson & Sons. Matt is always great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
The service technician had over 25 years of experience, was very professional, and quickly installed the back order part our heating system needed. On the last visit, Jackson and Sons installed a temporary part to give our family heat until the new part arrived. Had it not been for them going the extra mile to help us with the “loaner” part, we would have been without heat until the back order part arrived. I highly recommend Jackson and Sons.
Upon arrival tech found defrost board in hard lockout tech unplugged power and cycled system came on with no issues running within specs. Tech checked drain and float switch to ensure no issues found system draining properly.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found capacitor testing weak tech recommend replacement, customer approved turbo compactor tech did not have on truck, have tech stop by and install and collect. Tech found no other challenges at this time.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found water backed up in primary pan tech found air handler was not level tech shimmed up air handler it is draining properly at this time.
Upon arrival tech switched system in cool mode and monitored system pressures. Pressures are within spec. Tech found impacted/clogged air filter at air handler in closet. Tech recommended replacing, customer approved. Tech replaced 20x25x1 filter, tech also found fresh air duct laying on filter. System is pulling hot air from fresh air duct. Tech used a panduit strap to restrict fresh air duct. System is cooling with an 18 degree delta t. Need to schedule maintenance. Tech collected $12.24 in cash for air filter, no charge for house call fee per premium agreement.
Performed ESA. Technician found no challenges at this time. System is cooling with a delta t of 18 degrees. Technician did have some recommendations for customer. First, there was some moisture present in the crawlspace. It appears the system is condensating. Upon further inspection, tech discovered the vents under the house were open. Technician recommended the customer close those off to prevent warm air from penetrating crawlspace. If it persists on to the next visit, please recommend dehumidifier. Second, technician recommended an ez trap and float switch to avoid any potential condensate issues down the line. Tech quoted 305 plus tax for trap and safety switch. Customer declined at this time. Lastly, the Uv bulb was burnt out and needing to be replaced. Tech recommended this and quoted 207 plus tax. Customer declined.
Infinity series carrier (pictures of information on file) Found code 44(miscommunication with the blower) and 41(blower motor fault) upon arrival, indoor blower is receiving 12vDc and 240v and no operation. Indoor blower has failed. System needs Maintenance. System is 10+years old, mayor repair is needed as on now. Costumer would like a quote on system replacement, and also a pricing on an indoor blower motor. Told costumer that the motor pricing will have to be provided by the field supervisor or office due to the system being an infinity series unit. costumer is not interested on another communicating system, numerous repairs have been performed by another company. System is down as of now, need field supervisor to contact the homeowner to schedule a visit. Costumer invested in MPA. Mail in hard copy of the invoice and MPA contract.
Performed PTU. Upstairs - upon arrival technician discovered a low delta t. While performing maintenance tech discovered a leak in the evaporator coil. Customer was notified, but noted that the upstairs seemed to be cooling fine at this time. Tech scheduled a follow up from a field supervisor to advise customer of their options. System has a delta t of 8 degrees at time of maintenance. Downstairs - technician found the delta t to be slightly lower than normal, and customer stated that it seemed to stay more humid than normal in the home. While performing maintenance, tech discovered the drain line was clogged. Blockage was removed and customer notified that we will keep monitoring this going forward to ensure optimal comfort. There was also a down duct line in back bedroom, technician replaced after customer approval. Syste, is cooling now with 17 degree delta t. Also worth noting - customer is having work done on home that requires windows to be open, this could also be leading to
