Last year our unit failed on Thursday night at midnight. Friday morning I called for help. My unit was repaired that afternoon by Technician DC! I was pleasantly shocked! The quick and efficient response convinced me to buy a service contract. Feb 19th Technician DC came for a check up. He found a disconnect that had for some reason gotten so hot it had melted. A FIRE AVERTED! We could not tell how long it had been hot but it was so hot that DC burned his finger when he touched the box. I have never been one to buy service contracts but this is an example of the benefit. Even though I will on occasion go under my house to inspect conditions who is to say I would have been in time or even noticed the box was hot? Many thanks to DC for his professional experience. Replace heat exchanger under warranty on a gas package unit
Technician replaced a defrost control board on a TRANE split system.
Inspection on all Units and hanging heater, changed filters.
Inspection on the AC and gas package units, hanging heaters, 3 mini splits, changed filters, tightened belts. Diagnosed bad heaters.
Replaced compressor contactor and added refrigerate to Carrier AC system.
Tech is performing annual tune up on a new style TRANE split system heat pump.
