Tech performed ESA on one system, tech did not find any issues with system operation at todays visit, system is back on and operating properly at this time.
Performed ESA, homeowner was not home at the time of maintenance. Performed outside portion only, no issues at todays visit. Evaporator coil is showing signs of rust and corrosion but did not find any leaks. Tech cleaned and serviced unit.
Tech found blower shaft does not spin freely. Tech replaced motor and wheel under contractor warranty. Unit is now running without vibrating blower wheel. PSC blower, contractor warranty.

HVAC Repairs: Upon arriving at the client's residence to address HVAC issues, I diagnosed faulty pressure switches affecting the system's performance. This irregularity compromised efficiency and reliability. Replacing the faulty pressure switches rectified the issue, ensuring proper pressure regulation and optimizing the system's efficiency and reliability.
Tech performed maintenance per service agreement. Tech found Schrader valve leaking on discharge line. Tech informed Homeowner and attached estimate on invoice. Tech replaced two 14x24 filters. system is operating properly at this time. Homeowner renewed one system ESA at 318.86 via check.
Replaced variable speed blower motor. Warranty price. Collected $386.54 by card, system is back up and running.
Tech found float switch tripped with no water in the pan. Float switch orientation causes pressure on float breaking power to Y. Tech replaced float switch and recommend an EX trap. Customer only wants secondary float switch replaced now and wants to purchase ez trap at next maintenance.
Tech found blower would not engage tech did get 240v to blower motor relay in board would click when engaged and 24v was present at the motor but did not spin. Tech informed customer on findings and price fir warranty blower motor
