Tech waited for customer arrival to gain access into attic. Tech found 7.5MFD blower run capacitor testing very weak. Tech replaced capacitor after approval. Tested blower, amp draw is within spec. R22 pressures are within spec. System is back up and cooling with an 18 degree delta t. Collected $357.16 via phone by card. Recommended investing in service agreement.

DELLA DIY MINI SPLIT INSTALLED A WEEK AGO BY HOMEOWNER. FOUND ALMOST VOID OF R32 REFRIGERANT. ALSO CONDENSER WILL NEED TO BE TURNED AROUND FAN FACING AWAY FROM HOME BEFORE RE-CHARGING. UNABLE TO PROCEED WITH ANY REPAIRS PER RODNEY DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES.

-Performed CMA Full Service on 4 Split System Heat Pumps. -Parts Room System (Right Side Thermostat): Customer approved EZ Trap. No auxiliary pan under unit. No float switch or secondary drain line installed. System is at risk of flooding if condensate line clogs. Recommend addition of sure switch to newly installed EZ Trap. Provided estimate for installing sure switch $196.95. Customer should consider adding auxiliary pan. Office may provide estimate upon request. -Sales Floor System (Bathrooms Thermostat): Customer approved EZ Trap. Compressor side of dual run capacitor near weak tolerance. May need replacing at next service. -Warehouse System: Compressor side of dual run capacitor tested weak. Recommend replacement of 35 mfd capacitor. Provided estimate $230.00. Customer approved capacitor. -Found inadequate traps on all air handlers. No vents or access to clear drain lines of potential blockages. Recommend addition of EZ Trap to all air handler locations to properly clean, serv

(UPSTAIRS) FOUND EVAPORATOR COIL FROZEN DUE TO LOW CHARGE. LOCATED LEAK WITHIN EVAPORATOR COIL, ALONG WITH LARGE CRACK IN AUXILIARY DRAIN PAN. PROPPED UP CORNER OF PAN TO PREVENT POOLING IN THAT AREA FOR TIME BEING. 15 YEAR OLD SYSTEM COSTLY REPAIRS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED. HANDED OVER TO FIELD SUPERVISOR. SYSTEM IS DOWN.

Upon arrival tech found AHU2 with aux pan full of water and out on float switch. Tech vacuumed out all water from aux pan and cleared drain line with nitrogen. Tested drains, primary float switch was unable to trip due to incorrect position. Tech repositioned primary float switch. System is back up and running. Billing out per office.

-Upon arrival, condenser was operating but no operation of blower in air handler. Found line set frozen at both pieces of equipment. Evaporator coil frozen. Observed intermittent operation of blower motor. Found blower not operating upon arrival. Manipulation of blower motor relay/wiring allowed motor to run. Recommend replacement of blower motor relay. Landlord approved repair. -System is 30 yr old R22. Found system in overall poor condition. No vent or float switches installed on drain line to prevent flooding in the case of a clogged drain line. -Billing for after hours service call and replacing blower motor relay.
