Robert was on the ball from the get go, calling to confirm what time he would be coming so I didn't have to sit around for the whole 5 hour window waiting for someone to show up. Robert was knowledgable and made sure to inform me of everything he planned to do, and called my home warranty company first to be sure they would cover his repairs. He took the time to explain routine maintenance care to me and helped me pick the exact air filter on Amazon so I could stock up on the correct filter size for the future. He tested his repairs multiple times, turning the aircon off and on multiple times to be sure our problem didn't reoccur. Bonus, Robert was kind enough to give my dogs some turkey so they would warm up to him, and he was very kind and courteous the entire time he was in my home. I will absolutely call Jake's again and I encourage you to do the same!
