Cameron did a satisfactory job , he mentioned the roof might need some tar on the roof where they had damaged the flue during installation of the AC UNIT in 2018 . Said it would need to be scheduled and done on a separate date . We confirmed that this was my first service of the Unit for 2020 and that the Winter Service would be done as part of the Annual plan at the $189 charge .
