From the easy-to-use website, to the phone scheduling contact, to the knowledgeable and personable sales person (Chad), to the installation, this has been one of the best experiences with a service company. I was extremely impressed with our installation crew of Chris, Drew and George. Professional and personable guys who were meticulous and efficient. They kept the worksite clean and orderly, even using a shop vac after drilling holes. I am now excited to experience the heating/AC units. I can only hope to be as “very satisfied” with them, as I am with Jake’s. As a first-time customer of Jake’s, it’s been a great first impression. I will tell others about them. (And the company vans are pretty cool too!)
