Matt was a very helpful serviceman.. he explained the operations and procedures in detail! I was impressed with his steady work ethic. He cleaned up the entire area afterwords. Matt was also very helpful in digging up a couple of Hosta plants that were near the AC unit. I appreciated the professionalism of the whole Jakes crew! Darlene Utt 🙂
